My grandson had his 11th birthday 12/8/2024, Urban air, Livonia. The party are all wearing urban air socks to enjoy, the plays. So after about 3-4 hrs. playing we had them take out their socks I was so disappointed to see the bottom of their feet so black and very dirty, I cannot believe what I saw, how dirty this place is, so I told my grandsons never again they will go there for their safety. Obviously this place is not even sanitize, clean, for the people coming especially kids
This is a very big problem especially for children that wants to enjoy, especially the winter time. This unacceptable dirtiness is a big concern especially children’s health and safety. I suggest a visit from health department and other resources that will provide safe, clean environment for children.

Urban Air Adventure Park seems to have struggled with keeping the place clean, which is a huge issue for the safety of the children. Inform the local health department about the dirtiness and also notify the management regarding your decision of not coming back – as I stated there is a huge need for hygiene for such kind of place. Don’t take this lightly – it is simply unacceptable for children to be able to play in dirty areas.
