Urban Air Adventure Park

I am from Charleston South Carolina I have six grandchildren. On the weekend of MLK Day I took my 11 year old granddaughter to the Greenville SC area to visit her cousin. They decided to go to the local Urban Air to have some fun. My 11m year old has never been to one but her cousin had a one year membership and told her that it was great and that she would love. She was very excited to go. we walked into the business of Urban Air on 1025 Woodruff rd in Greenville SC to purchase tickets for my 11 year old and she and I had to go on the computer to sign the Waiver for her to purchase the ticket which we did When we went up to the counter they would not let my other granddaughter get a ticket to p[ay and have fun with her cousin they told me that her membership was cancelled and that she was banned from the building. I then asked to see a manager. When she came to the counter she told me the same thing I then wanted to know the reason for this action on my 8 year old granddaughter can I repeat this is 8 years old now. I was very upset and stressed out to the max at this time, We then call her mother to let her know what was going on. Her mother said that she paid for the year membership and did not understand what was happening. The manager said that she was baned because she brought a friend in to play without paying . she has nerver brought any one with her she has only been in the Urban air with her mother, Father and now her pops. Her Father took her one time with her toddler brother that is 2 years old and can not play on the games and stuff with her her father did not pay for him at that time so that would be the only time she was there with someone. I very upset at the way they treated us I even offered to pay for her but they told me again that she was baned a 8 year old child is banded from playing in a place of business that caters to Children.
