Mr. Richard Davis,
I'm sorry to inform you that after researching best for my nonprofit and awaiting my letter of determination I researched that going to the banks and receive information of what is offered is the best way to decide prior to opening any account and to never give any of your nonprofit information due to your tied into the bank indefinitely and switching is extremely hard after. I went into the branch in Crescent City, Ca 95531 on 1020 3rd street today between 1-2 pm and the teller after stating my interest and recommendations to the bank via Forbes and online information kept informing me that, "I needed to give her my paperwork to make sure that I am getting what I'm asking for." Again I asked for nonprofit information and was told pretty much they don't give that. This is ludicrous to me when all over social media including Forbes states to make sure you have made the right choice, local banking staff is, A) knowledgeable of nonprofits, B) relations are of adequate for your organization and C) repour is to standards. As a new customer, this branches employee is lacking all branch skills for Forbes's known nonprofit information's and guidelines. I was wanting to be clear of my personal choice and give US bank a new marketing platform with my new creative idea spreading your bank to every child's school in America. I would love to keep this bank in mind for future endeavor but the employee should be let go and bank manager reprimanded for lacking manager skills. I hope this reaches the person that calls himself a CEO because I too will be held to these standards as one; just because I didn't come in in a suit and tie and have the papers on hand, I'm less valued I guess. I look forward to hear from you personally and help with financial support and advisory in this new National Scholarship Foundation. I personally never want to go into this branch again. I'm personally not looking for a apology just would like for you to uphold your position and deal with inadequacy and for me to personally deal regionally instead with my nonprofit and possibly add you as a key individual with portfolios for the youth. If I don't hear from you personally I will choose Citi Bank or Wells Fargo Forbes next two choices for my organization. I apologize for my horrible experience and wish you a good day. Also like to add Brookings, Oregon's branch manager is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm waiting for a call before moving forward with your bank. Keeping the kids' best interest in mind.
Thank You very much for your time. Sincerely,
Mr. Ryan Lloyd Freeman
