you people are something else. I will try here before my next move to retain an attorney. I took out a $50,000 debt consolidation loan with U.S. Bank. Worse thing I ever did. U,S. Bank is very difficult to work with. They sent me cashiers check to pay creditors. One CitiBank\BestBuy accept and then rejected it as a third party check. I went to U.S. Bank and tried to straighten this out. When I left U.S. Bank I thought everything okay. Not true. I ended up sending a personal check in the amount of $1816.86 to Best Buy to pay them in full. I have tried to work with U.S. Bank and sent several emails. They don't respond to me. So I was left with no choice buy to complain to government agencies. Made things worse. Joshua S. from U.S. Bank has lied about this. He said U.S. Bank sent a check to best buy in the amount of $1816.86 and paid them off. Totally incorrect. U.S. Bank sent a cashiers check to me dated Dec 11th 2023 for $1787.86. I Gave to Best Buy. I asked U.S. Bank to please reimburse me for the $1816.86 and they just sent me another cashiers check made out to best buy in the amount of $1787.86 dated Jan 30th, 2024. Why would they do this and then lie about. It was U.S. Bank's responsibility but in the end I paid it. It after all is my credit. I still have last cashiers check as I know Best Buy wouldn't accept it and besides I already informed U.S. Bank I paid it in full. This say's a lot about U.S. Bank. Why is U.S. Bank making this so difficult. Can you please give me money owed to me. And my account only reflects a Feb payment. There is also a Jan payment that should be there. I have brought that to U.S. Banks attention several times.
