I signed up for US Mobile on 11/8. Since registering, I have had terrible service with numerous dropped calls, unable to receive text messages and unable to receive half of my phone calls. I called customer service and they told me that they cannot fix the problem. I am now asking for my account number and PIN so I can port out, and they ARE REFUSING TO PROVIDE ME MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PIN! I AM STUCK ON *** AND THEY ARE ILLEGALLY PREVENTING ME FROM PORTING OUT.

I opened an account and requested my account number and pin
I opened an account and requested my account number and pin. On the phone they told me to chat, via chat they told me to call, again on the phone they told me to chat, on chat they told me to email. Via email, they did not and have not responded. On the phone again, a manager Haroon told me to make changes to my account online, as I tried to do this, with Haroon on the line, the website blocked my ability to access my account. I received an email informing me of suspicious activity. Later, US Mobile suspended my account. Give me back my phone number and account. I'll happily leave US Mobile and never come back, but I need my number. The *** mandates that you allow me to port out my number, and now I want nothing less than this ability.

Porting my account from US Mobile was hindered by unnecessary complications.
On 10 Aug, I had decided to port over my account from US Mobile to another carrier. What should have been a straightforward process was needlessly complicated by US Mobile. There were two numbers being ported out. After clarifying the account details, the new carrier informed me that US Mobile did not fully release the lines. Speaking to US Mobile, they kept running around the question without solving it. Their port team apparently needed a third party to work on it. Not sure if this is accurate, but for the last 18 hours, the numbers have not been ported out. They do not seem to care whether the number is ported out as indicated by their tone over the communication. US Mobile Port Team has yet to get back to me or make any effort to resolve this quickly. Hence I am reaching out for help to expedite this process.

Hello to whom this may concern,I hope this reaches you well. I signed up for us mobile awhile back and just recently wanted to try the service out. I was following for awhile and just recently seen that my phone is now compatible with esim activation. Ive been trying for about 2-3 weeks to get this activated. Apparently, at first my phone was still currently locked. Now as of today the phone is carrier unlocked. When I contact US Mobile customer support I keep getting a run around. It has been escalated to the back end team and I guess to *** to figure out a solution and was told that since the phone was locked it couldnt be activated. But as of today the phone is unlocked and when I try to chat with us mobile I keep getting that it cant be done. I explain that the phone is now unlocked and they proceed to tell me it can not be done because of the information they were given. But the information given was when the phone was still locked. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro *** I can use esim from other carriers like *** and Visible without any issues and they both also use *** service. I am not entirely sure what the issue is.
