Great Customer Service and Easy Installation: My Experience with uswatersystems.com
The videos on uswatersystems.com are super helpful when you're trying to plan out your water system. I had a question and I was able to get it answered real quick using the chat thingy on the website. The person who helped me knew what they were talking about and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing something.
I was expecting my system to show up in like a week or so, but then I found out that the permeate pump was on back order. I was bummed out, but I figured I'd just have to wait. But then, like a few days later, they got the pump back in stock and they upgraded my shipping for free so I could get my system faster. That was really cool of them and it made me feel like they actually care about their customers.
When I got my system, it was super easy to install. Like, I'm not a plumber or anything, but I was able to figure it out without too much trouble. And they give you everything you need, so you don't have to go out and buy a bunch of extra stuff. That was really nice too.
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with uswatersystems.com. They were helpful, they cared about my order, and the product was easy to install. Thanks, guys!
Fast Shipping and Great Product: My Review of US Water Systems
Got my shipment from US Water Systems and it came faster than I thought! Only took 2 days for Ground Shipping, which is pretty quick for Midwest locations. I was able to replace the resin sooner than I planned for, which was a nice surprise.
The bag arrived in a solid cardboard box, which made it easier to handle. No damage to the bag or box, so that's a plus. I used about 75-80% of the 1 cubic foot bag that I ordered. Reassembled my water softener using new seals and installed it. Had to spend some extra time finding the right size O-rings for the hookup to the water lines, as the old ones were leaking.
Now I have soft water again! It took some time to get used to the "sleek" feeling of the soft water, but I'm happy with the results. Overall, I think US Water Systems has a great product. I would definitely recommend them to other buyers.
Impressive Quality, Unclear Instructions, and Communication Issues: My Experience with US Water System
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the components in the system I bought from US Water. No problems there, no sir. But I gotta admit, the instructions could have been a bit clearer. I mean, I'm no rocket scientist, but a list of all the components that should be in the system would have been nice. I didn't even realize I was missing 2 boxes of gravel bedding until I started putting the thing together! Can you believe it?
Anyway, I reached out to customer service the next day and they updated the tracking numbers for me. The 2 missing boxes were shipped out a day later, so that was cool. But I gotta say, I didn't hear back from customer service until after I sent them another email telling them I got everything. I mean, come on guys, a little communication would be nice, you know?
But hey, I installed the system that weekend and got everything up and running. And let me tell you, it works like a charm! So all in all, I'd say the product is great. But maybe US Water could work on their communication skills a bit, you know what I'm saying?
Effortless Installation and Top-Notch Parts: A Review of US Water's Flex 150 System
Me and my boy put in a Flex 150 from US Water in his crib a couple weeks back. Them instructions was on point and had some real good pics to show us what to do. The parts was top notch and they even gave us a big funnel for dumping in the resin media in the resin tank. My boy was able to get the system going and do the first regeneration cycle all from his phone. It was a breeze. We also got some cool flex pipe connectors with Shark Bite type fittings on the ends from US Water that made hooking up from the house copper pipe to the control head easy. They even hooked us up with 3/4 fittings on the service valve even though they usually come with 1 inch ports. I'd definitely buy from them again and can't say nothing bad about them.
Installation Review: US Water System from uswatersystems.com
I recently purchased a US Water system from uswatersystems.com and while I haven't completed the installation yet, I'm expecting good results once it's done. However, I was a bit surprised that there were no instructions included with the remineralizer. After some research, I decided to install it as the last thing before the faucet and even added an ice-maker feed off of the line between the final carbon filter and the mineralizer.
One issue I encountered was that in order to fit the remineralizer near a corner under the sink, I had to purchase right angle fittings to replace the straight fittings provided with the system. I also had some trouble with the instructions, which had a few errors and inconsistencies. For example, it said to "use the green tube when the yellow is shown," but there were no locking clips provided with any of the tube fittings. Additionally, the instructions said to "make no sharp bends," but didn't specify how sharp is too sharp.
To make the installation process easier, we drew lines on the side of the filter to show the engagement point of the threads on the filter housings. This made it quicker to locate the housing for assembly and to know when the housing, filter, and water will fall when changing filters.
One issue we encountered was that we had a garbage disposal in the right end of the cabinet, so we installed the filters on the left end. However, we soon discovered that this made filter changes awkward. To fix this, we turned the top units 180 degrees, which only required replacing one white tube from the carbon filters and a little lateral repositioning of those top units with the brackets.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase from uswatersystems.com, but I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer and that all the necessary fittings were included. However, with a bit of research and some extra purchases, I was able to successfully install the system and am looking forward to enjoying clean, filtered water.
Review of All-American 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis System with Permeate Pump from US Water: Above Average with Some Deficiencies
I recently bought the All-American 5 stage reverse osmosis system with permeate pump from US Water. When I started it up, the total dissolved solids (TDS) went from 288 to 86 parts per million. I was expecting it to be much better, maybe around 10 to 20 parts per million. The installation directions were pretty good, but they didn't include any elbows or fittings for the different sized lines. This meant that the water lines, which ranged from 1/4 inch to 3/8 of an inch, looked like spaghetti because you need large radius turns for any directional changes.
Another issue I had was with the plastic structure that the filters are mounted on. It's flexible, bends easily, and is weak. I'm worried that it will crack in the future, as cheap plastic often does. Despite these issues, I still think it's a slightly above-average reverse osmosis system in terms of performance and ease of installation. The wastewater discharge line was supplied with enough length to make it to the discharge piping.
One of the positives of US Water is their exceptional staff and help. They have instructional videos available online, and you can be sure that the quality of their products won't contaminate your water. This is because they're not made in China or overseas, where they don't operate under the same set of material standards and manufacturing requirements as US law.
Would I buy this product again? Yes, I would. However, it does have some deficiencies, and it's clearly not a five-star product. It's above average, but only time will tell if its long-term performance will change my rating.
Terrible Customer Service and Shipping: My Experience with US Water
I gotta say, I deal with a lot of companies for our family biz, and US Water ain't one of the good ones. We got a lotta properties in the South Pacific, and we been havin' problems with volcanic sand in our wells. So I figured I'd try out one of their water systems on one of our buildings, and if it worked out, we'd get 'em for all our properties. But man, did I have a lotta questions. I mean, this thing was gonna be shipped halfway around the world, and mistakes can cost a lotta dough. But these guys didn't seem to care about sellin' us a system, 'cause they didn't even bother to answer most of my questions. I shoulda known then to run away, but I wanted to give 'em the benefit of the doubt.
So I ordered the system, and the owner said he'd personally handle my order. But then he passed it on to someone else, who passed it on to someone else! And when the shipment arrived, it was all messed up. The shipping manifest said everything was there, but it didn't match the description we got when we made the purchase. And the biggest part, the tank, wasn't even listed as shipped! I tried e-mailin' 'em, but no response. Our guy in the US called 'em, but no response. I e-mailed 'em again and our guy called again. Finally, I e-mailed 'em AGAIN with cc to the owner and the person he handed it off to, and our guy called again. And what did they say? Fed Ex lost a box in shipment! And they took care of us instead of "Throwing us to the wolves" and not doing anything! But the manifest was accurate as to what we received, the tank was missing and not listed, other parts were missing and not listed. What kinda response is that? It tells you everything about that company in one small statement. And by the way, Estes was the shipper, NOT Fed Ex!
I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend US Water to anyone. They don't seem to care about their customers, and they don't even bother to answer questions. And when they mess up, they don't take responsibility for it. If you're lookin' for a water system, look somewhere else.
Choosing the Right Reverse Osmosis Unit: Our Experience with the US Water Unit
The process of selecting a Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit can be quite tricky. There are so many options out there, and it's hard to know which ones are worth your time and money. We've read a lot of reviews, and it seems like there are a few companies that consistently meet the criteria that most buyers are looking for: good quality, easy installation, and a reasonable price. However, we were surprised to find that the US Water unit was not evaluated in many of these reviews.
When we looked into the technical data for these systems, we found that they often don't provide much information about where the unit is made or what kind of filters they use. The guarantee is usually only one year, which isn't very reassuring. We also noticed that many of the complaints about these units were related to leaky filter assemblies, broken plastic valves or fittings, or excessive water waste. Some reviews even suggested that you should plan on replacing your RO unit every few years, which seems like a waste of money.
That's why we decided to go with the US Water unit. We had heard great things about it from other buyers, and we liked the fact that it was made entirely in the US. The representative we spoke with was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We couldn't find this unit on Amazon, but we did find it on the US Water website and a few other retail outlets.
One of the reasons we chose the US Water unit was because it uses industry-standard filters and components. We wanted to be sure that we could easily find replacement parts if we needed them. We also liked the fact that the unit was made with high-quality fittings from a UK manufacturer based in the US. We felt like this would give us the best chance of getting a reliable, long-lasting system.
We haven't received our unit yet, so we can't comment on the shipping or installation process. However, we're looking forward to trying it out and seeing how it performs. We know that there's always a risk when you buy something online, but we feel like we've done our research and made an informed decision. We hope that our experience with the US Water unit will be a positive one, and we'll be sure to update our review once we've had a chance to use it for a while.
US Water's Defender 4000 GPD Unit: A Disappointing Experience
Bought US Water's Defender 4000 GPD unit during Memorial weekend 2022, thanks to their flier that offered a 5% discount and free shipping. However, I should have known better as they did not honor their free shipping promise. They claimed it was a misprint and that they were changing their flier.
The unit arrived three weeks later on June 17th, which was still a reasonable timeframe. I started the system on June 27th, 2022, after re-plumbing and wiring my home. Unfortunately, the UV light did not work, and the system water flow would not shut off, leading to waste water. I spent three days trying to get in touch with someone from US Water. Finally, when I connected with someone, they informed me that the water flow issue was an easy 20-minute fix. Their solenoid had building materials holding the diaphragm open from the factory. They promised to send a new key Fab and Controller for the UV light the next day.
After waiting for two weeks and not receiving any parts, I called again. They told me they were waiting for me to submit postage for their faulty part, which they never mentioned during our previous conversation. After two weeks, I received only the FAB for the controller and no controller, as they had promised. Of course, that did not fix the problem, and I had to call them again. After another three weeks, I received the controller, and that finally fixed the problem. It took a total of seven weeks of waiting, and the UV light finally started working on August 12th.
Unfortunately, I only got 26 days of use from the unit before the pump and motor shut down. I called US Water again on September 8th, and they promised to ship the parts by the weekend (the 10th). However, when I followed up on Monday the 12th, I received no response. I called again on September 13th, and they promised to ship the parts that day. However, I received no tracking information by the 17th, so I called again. They told me the parts were there and would be shipped on Monday the 19th.
On September 21st, I emailed them for a Return Authorization number so I could ship the whole unit back to them. They seemed to tell me what they thought I wanted to hear but did not follow through. I have better use for my money.
That afternoon, they told me that the parts were being shipped, but I have yet to receive any tracking information. I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone. They could have sold at least four more units just in my neighborhood, but when they lied to me so many times about shipping parts that were needed, I cannot recommend them. Even though the unit worked for 26 days out of 81, I had to reroute plumbing around the unit and go back to buying bottled water.
Impressed with US Water's Customer Service and Quality Filters for Rural Water Filtration
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with US Water. I live in a rural area and my house is fed by a spring, which is great and all, but the water had a lot of sediment and Coliform bacteria. I knew I needed to do something about it, but I didn't want to have to change filters all the time. I talked to the folks at US Water and they suggested a 4.5" x 20" pleated filter system that would step down the micron size gradually. It sounded like a good plan, so I went for it.
I did get a little carried away and installed an extra filter housing, but when I called US Water to tell them what I had done, they were super helpful and suggested a carbon filter to go with it. I gotta say, the water tastes a lot better now and it's crystal clear. I even sent a sample off for testing and I'm pretty sure it's gonna come back perfect.
One thing I really appreciated about US Water was their customer service. They were really helpful and knowledgeable, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Plus, all their products are made in the USA, which is a big deal to me. I've used filters from other countries before and they just don't seem as good. The US Water filters are heavier and seem to be better quality.
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with US Water. Great products, great people, and great service. I even bought some extra filters just in case, but so far, everything's been working great. If you're looking for a water filtration system, I'd definitely recommend checking out US Water.

US Water Systems Review: Homeland Security Filtration System with Limeblaster - A DIY Success!
I found US Water Systems when I was looking for a way to deal with the hard water in my city. I did a lot of research and decided to go with the Homeland Security filtration system and added the Limeblaster. I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my choice so far!
Aaron in their tech support department is the man! He helped me make sure I picked the right system for my needs, answered all my questions about fittings, and even gave me props for my DIY installation skills after the sale. He's a real pro!
Overall, I'm totally satisfied with my experience with US Water Systems. The water in my house is noticeably better and I feel good knowing that I'm not using salt to treat it. If you're looking for a solution to hard water, I definitely recommend checking these guys out!
Review of US Water Replacement Filter for Apec Water System: Quality Products and Instructions, but Watch Out for Connector Compatibility
I recently bought a replacement filter for my Apec water system from US Water. The package came with four filters, and the first three 10" filters were fine. The instructions were detailed and included all the necessary cleaning processes. However, I had some trouble with the fourth carbon filter connector, as it didn't fit the original one. I contacted the seller and they sent me three plastic adapters for connection, but unfortunately, they were not correct and didn't work. I had to go to Home Depot to buy a set of two plastic connectors to complete the job.
The delivery period was rather long, taking over a week, and overall, it took half a month for both deliveries to arrive. Despite the delay, I was happy with the quality of the filters and the detailed instructions provided. However, the issue with the connector was a bit frustrating and caused some inconvenience.
Overall, I would recommend US Water for their quality products and detailed instructions, but be aware that delivery times may be longer than expected. It's also important to double-check the compatibility of the filters and connectors before purchasing to avoid any issues.
Mixed Feelings: Review of US Water's Shipping Time and Product Quality
I gotta say, I'm a bit hesitant to buy from US Water again. Last time I got an RO system from them, it took forever to get it shipped out. But, I'm willing to give them another shot since their products seem pretty good and they seem to know what they're talking about. I'm gonna need a water softener system soon, so I'm hoping they can get it together and get my order out in a reasonable amount of time. I mean, come on guys, I don't have all day to wait around for my water softener! But, I do appreciate the quality of their products and the knowledge of their staff. So, I'm willing to take the risk and give them another chance. Fingers crossed they can get their act together and get my order shipped out in a timely manner.

Disappointing Customer Service and Unnecessary Up-Sell: My Experience with US Water Filtration System
I recently bought a water filtration system from US Water and I have to say, I'm not too impressed. I was told that their customer service was top-notch and that they would help me with any issues I had during installation or troubleshooting. But let me tell you, that was not the case. The guys I talked to on the phone were so rude and dismissive, it was like they didn't even want to help me. They even suggested that I hire a third-party company to come and diagnose my problem! Can you believe that?
To make matters worse, they convinced me to buy an additional filter that I really didn't need. I feel like they just wanted to make more money off of me. If I had known all of this beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have bought this system.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with US Water. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with US Water: Incorrect Product Size and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with US Water. I ordered a filter that was supposed to be 10 inches, but when I got it, the label said it was only 9.75 inches. What gives? I reached out to the Returns department a few times to try and get reimbursed for the shipping costs, but they didn't even bother responding to my emails. I had to call them up and they finally said they would reimburse me, but it's been over three weeks and I still haven't seen a dime. It's frustrating to have to pay for shipping both ways for a product that wasn't even advertised correctly. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again.
US Water Website Review: Great Overall, But Checkout Process Needs Improvement
I gotta say, the US Water website is pretty good overall. But, I gotta be honest, the checkout process could use some work. It's not the most user-friendly, if you know what I mean. For one thing, it doesn't seem to recognize credit cards based on the number. I mean, come on, it's 2021, shouldn't that be a thing by now? And don't even get me started on trying to check out with Firefox. I had to switch over to Microsoft Edge just to get it to work. That's not exactly convenient, you know?
And then there's the issue with coupons. If you enter a "bad" coupon, the whole process comes to a screeching halt. You have to go back and actually remove it before you can move forward. That's not how it works on other sites, and it can be pretty confusing for customers. I mean, who wants to deal with that kind of hassle when they're just trying to buy something?
All in all, I think US Water could do a better job with their checkout process. It's not the end of the world or anything, but it could definitely be more intuitive and user-friendly. If they made some improvements in that area, I think they'd have a lot happier customers.
Frustrating Website Experience: Poor Cart Functionality and Lack of Guidance
This website ain't that great, ya know? Like, it don't even tell ya when ya put somethin' in yer cart. And like, why can't it just figure out what credit card ya usin' based on the number? That'd be so much easier. And when ya try to continue without fillin' out all the info, it don't even tell ya what's missin'. It should just show ya where to go, ya know? Like, scroll to the spot or somethin'. But no, it just sits there not workin'.
But I gotta give 'em props for makin' it easy to reset yer password. That was a relief. And I was able to find my old order real quick so I could reorder. That was a nice surprise. Eventually, I was able to place my order, but it was a bit of a hassle.
Overall, I ain't too impressed with this website. They gotta fix some things if they wanna keep customers comin' back.
Mixed Experience with US Water: Good Products, Frustrating Customer Service
I recently had an experience with US Water that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I needed a replacement part for an item I had purchased from them three years ago, and despite having the item and serial number, it took quite a while to locate the correct part. The representative I spoke with also had difficulty finding it and eventually asked me to send a picture to help with the search. While I appreciate the effort to ensure I received the correct part, it did feel like a lot of additional work for a simple purchase.
This wasn't my first experience with US Water, and unfortunately, my previous experience wasn't much better. When I first ordered a full water system from them, I was promised a 20% discount on my next purchase due to some issues with the initial order. However, when the parts arrived, they were sent piecemeal from an unidentifiable company, causing a lot of confusion and frustration.
Despite these issues, I will say that the quality of the products I have received from US Water has been good. However, the customer service experience could use some improvement. It would be nice if the ordering process was a bit more straightforward and if there was better communication throughout the process. Overall, I would recommend US Water for their products, but be prepared for a potentially frustrating customer service experience.
Disappointing Experience with US Water's BodyGuard Whole-House Filtration System
I was on the hunt for a whole-house filtration system because my son and I have sensitive skin. We had a water test done (by a different company) and found out that we have slightly elevated THMs (trihalomethanes). I did some digging and came across US Water (uswatersystems.com). They're local to me, so I was stoked to give them my business. I shelled out a pretty penny to have a plumber install the BodyGuard unit, but to my dismay, it actually made our skin worse. I'm not even sure how that's possible, but it is what it is. I've since disconnected the unit and it's just taking up space in my garage. I've tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times to see if there's a solution, but they haven't been much help. It's a bummer because I had high hopes for this product.
US Water Review: Good Products, But Shipping and Storage Options Need Improvement
The products from US Water are pretty good, but I wish they had more options for storage tanks. Specifically, I would like to see more "oval" tanks that are around 4 feet long, only 1-2 feet wide, and 6 feet tall for a 250 gallon tank. The giant round tanks are just too big for my needs.
My biggest issue with US Water was the shipping. They told me I would receive tracking numbers as items shipped, but I never got any until AFTER I received half of my order. I had to call them to find out where the other part of my order was. And then, when the final shipment came, the shipper was given the wrong phone number for me! It was a real mess.
Honestly, the logistics and shipping department at US Water seems like a disaster. They really need to get their act together.
