US Water US Water Systems Review: Homeland Security Filtration System with Limeblaster - A DIY Success!

I found US Water Systems when I was looking for a way to deal with the hard water in my city. I did a lot of research and decided to go with the Homeland Security filtration system and added the Limeblaster. I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my choice so far!

Aaron in their tech support department is the man! He helped me make sure I picked the right system for my needs, answered all my questions about fittings, and even gave me props for my DIY installation skills after the sale. He's a real pro!

Overall, I'm totally satisfied with my experience with US Water Systems. The water in my house is noticeably better and I feel good knowing that I'm not using salt to treat it. If you're looking for a solution to hard water, I definitely recommend checking these guys out!

US Water Review of US Water Replacement Filter for Apec Water System: Quality Products and Instructions, but Watch Out for Connector Compatibility

I recently bought a replacement filter for my Apec water system from US Water. The package came with four filters, and the first three 10" filters were fine. The instructions were detailed and included all the necessary cleaning processes. However, I had some trouble with the fourth carbon filter connector, as it didn't fit the original one. I contacted the seller and they sent me three plastic adapters for connection, but unfortunately, they were not correct and didn't work. I had to go to Home Depot to buy a set of two plastic connectors to complete the job.

The delivery period was rather long, taking over a week, and overall, it took half a month for both deliveries to arrive. Despite the delay, I was happy with the quality of the filters and the detailed instructions provided. However, the issue with the connector was a bit frustrating and caused some inconvenience.

Overall, I would recommend US Water for their quality products and detailed instructions, but be aware that delivery times may be longer than expected. It's also important to double-check the compatibility of the filters and connectors before purchasing to avoid any issues.

US Water Mixed Feelings: Review of US Water's Shipping Time and Product Quality

I gotta say, I'm a bit hesitant to buy from US Water again. Last time I got an RO system from them, it took forever to get it shipped out. But, I'm willing to give them another shot since their products seem pretty good and they seem to know what they're talking about. I'm gonna need a water softener system soon, so I'm hoping they can get it together and get my order out in a reasonable amount of time. I mean, come on guys, I don't have all day to wait around for my water softener! But, I do appreciate the quality of their products and the knowledge of their staff. So, I'm willing to take the risk and give them another chance. Fingers crossed they can get their act together and get my order shipped out in a timely manner.

US Water Disappointing Customer Service and Unnecessary Up-Sell: My Experience with US Water Filtration System

I recently bought a water filtration system from US Water and I have to say, I'm not too impressed. I was told that their customer service was top-notch and that they would help me with any issues I had during installation or troubleshooting. But let me tell you, that was not the case. The guys I talked to on the phone were so rude and dismissive, it was like they didn't even want to help me. They even suggested that I hire a third-party company to come and diagnose my problem! Can you believe that?

To make matters worse, they convinced me to buy an additional filter that I really didn't need. I feel like they just wanted to make more money off of me. If I had known all of this beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have bought this system.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with US Water. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

US Water Disappointing Experience with US Water: Incorrect Product Size and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with US Water. I ordered a filter that was supposed to be 10 inches, but when I got it, the label said it was only 9.75 inches. What gives? I reached out to the Returns department a few times to try and get reimbursed for the shipping costs, but they didn't even bother responding to my emails. I had to call them up and they finally said they would reimburse me, but it's been over three weeks and I still haven't seen a dime. It's frustrating to have to pay for shipping both ways for a product that wasn't even advertised correctly. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again.

US Water US Water Website Review: Great Overall, But Checkout Process Needs Improvement

I gotta say, the US Water website is pretty good overall. But, I gotta be honest, the checkout process could use some work. It's not the most user-friendly, if you know what I mean. For one thing, it doesn't seem to recognize credit cards based on the number. I mean, come on, it's 2021, shouldn't that be a thing by now? And don't even get me started on trying to check out with Firefox. I had to switch over to Microsoft Edge just to get it to work. That's not exactly convenient, you know?

And then there's the issue with coupons. If you enter a "bad" coupon, the whole process comes to a screeching halt. You have to go back and actually remove it before you can move forward. That's not how it works on other sites, and it can be pretty confusing for customers. I mean, who wants to deal with that kind of hassle when they're just trying to buy something?

All in all, I think US Water could do a better job with their checkout process. It's not the end of the world or anything, but it could definitely be more intuitive and user-friendly. If they made some improvements in that area, I think they'd have a lot happier customers.

US Water Frustrating Website Experience: Poor Cart Functionality and Lack of Guidance

This website ain't that great, ya know? Like, it don't even tell ya when ya put somethin' in yer cart. And like, why can't it just figure out what credit card ya usin' based on the number? That'd be so much easier. And when ya try to continue without fillin' out all the info, it don't even tell ya what's missin'. It should just show ya where to go, ya know? Like, scroll to the spot or somethin'. But no, it just sits there not workin'.

But I gotta give 'em props for makin' it easy to reset yer password. That was a relief. And I was able to find my old order real quick so I could reorder. That was a nice surprise. Eventually, I was able to place my order, but it was a bit of a hassle.

Overall, I ain't too impressed with this website. They gotta fix some things if they wanna keep customers comin' back.

US Water Mixed Experience with US Water: Good Products, Frustrating Customer Service

I recently had an experience with US Water that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I needed a replacement part for an item I had purchased from them three years ago, and despite having the item and serial number, it took quite a while to locate the correct part. The representative I spoke with also had difficulty finding it and eventually asked me to send a picture to help with the search. While I appreciate the effort to ensure I received the correct part, it did feel like a lot of additional work for a simple purchase.

This wasn't my first experience with US Water, and unfortunately, my previous experience wasn't much better. When I first ordered a full water system from them, I was promised a 20% discount on my next purchase due to some issues with the initial order. However, when the parts arrived, they were sent piecemeal from an unidentifiable company, causing a lot of confusion and frustration.

Despite these issues, I will say that the quality of the products I have received from US Water has been good. However, the customer service experience could use some improvement. It would be nice if the ordering process was a bit more straightforward and if there was better communication throughout the process. Overall, I would recommend US Water for their products, but be prepared for a potentially frustrating customer service experience.

US Water Disappointing Experience with US Water's BodyGuard Whole-House Filtration System

I was on the hunt for a whole-house filtration system because my son and I have sensitive skin. We had a water test done (by a different company) and found out that we have slightly elevated THMs (trihalomethanes). I did some digging and came across US Water (uswatersystems.com). They're local to me, so I was stoked to give them my business. I shelled out a pretty penny to have a plumber install the BodyGuard unit, but to my dismay, it actually made our skin worse. I'm not even sure how that's possible, but it is what it is. I've since disconnected the unit and it's just taking up space in my garage. I've tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times to see if there's a solution, but they haven't been much help. It's a bummer because I had high hopes for this product.

US Water US Water Review: Good Products, But Shipping and Storage Options Need Improvement

The products from US Water are pretty good, but I wish they had more options for storage tanks. Specifically, I would like to see more "oval" tanks that are around 4 feet long, only 1-2 feet wide, and 6 feet tall for a 250 gallon tank. The giant round tanks are just too big for my needs.

My biggest issue with US Water was the shipping. They told me I would receive tracking numbers as items shipped, but I never got any until AFTER I received half of my order. I had to call them to find out where the other part of my order was. And then, when the final shipment came, the shipper was given the wrong phone number for me! It was a real mess.

Honestly, the logistics and shipping department at US Water seems like a disaster. They really need to get their act together.
