[protected] I live in Juneau AK and received an email regarding BOGO promotion today. I ordered on line and paid for the order. The # I was provided with was 331603. I paid for a taxi to take my son to pick order for me and my children and grandchild. The local store (the only one in Juneau) said that they did not receive the order while bank said that the order was paid for.
Now.. what to do... my son came back owing for a taxi bill of $25.00 (which we paid) and no Subway food for the family.
I have tried the many phone numbers on line for Subway Care and got no where. I never located a number to speak to a person. So now I an out $25.00 for the cab and $36.00 for an order we did not receive. $61.00.
I would like to receive a refund. I was excited about this option as I am housebound do not get out any more. I am sad that this option did not work.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for the food and the taxi. I can no longer drive and was hopeful the option to order and just have family member ride in the taxi and drive up and pick up the order.
