Bought a power recliner, couch and love seat... Spent $4000 and 2 yrs later the headrest started faded (Supposed to be Leather). I bought the Guardian Protective coverage and filed a claim on it and they said they do not cover the fading on the headrest. Spend that much money for furniture and then they sell you an insurance on it and it doesn't cover defected merchandise! I will never buy from them again if they don't care about their product. Everyone needs to know that the extra protection that they sell is worth nothing when you file a claim!
Desired outcome: I would like for them just replace the headrest, that's all...probably a $50 piece for keeping a customer.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
