Received a set of dentures in August of 2022. I waited for over a month to get due to all the extra appointments to try in and wax set and adjustments. When I finally received my set, could not wear! After several attempts to adjust, I told them adjustments were not going to work. The teeth were unfixable. When I told them I wanted a refund, the cyberattack suddenly happened. It has been a month, told I would get a refund, and now they suddenly bill my insurance. I have wasted soo much time on this, and still do not have dentures. I paid for the higher set for better quality, I thought. I made sure insurance information was correct when I had made, they never billed until I requested a refund. What they have billed my insurance is almost my allotment for the year. Oh and also the local practice I had made at suddenly CLOSED. I have to drive 30 miles to closest practice.
Desired outcome: I want my time and money reimbursed, I will also have to try to have a set of dentures made now out of my money as my insurance is used for year.
