I paid in advance to have tooth extractions and receive a partial $5045.00 between insurance and private pay. Ever since I had the dental work I have had issue after issue. The temp partial did not fit and I went back multiple times to have refitted only to finally give up and wait for a permanent. I was told I could pick up my permanent partial. I arrive and the tech said I was misinformed and she could do the scan and come back in 2 weeks. I was upset because of the amount of time it took me to drive to the office and I was misinformed. The office manager apologized I was misinformed and she was new because she had fired all prior personnel because of poor service. She said the current tech will take xrays for my permanent partial and to come back in 2 weeks to pick them up.
Fast forward, I arrived today yo pick up my permanent partial. I was told I needed to pay an additional $372. I explained it has all been paid in full. When we spoke last week she never indicated there was a balance matter of fact I had her put our discussion in writing which I have. The receptionist advised me that due to the miscommunication that I would be able to pick up my partial and pay later. Then the Office manager came out and said she "changed her mind" that she WOULD NOT be allowing me to get my permanent partial and that I had to pay the balance owed after over $5000 has already been paid between insurance and private pay.
This is the WORST experience I have ever gone through! I am ready to take legal action if this matter isn't resolved immediately! If Im not able to get my partial I want a refund!
Desired outcome: I want my partial, if unable to get my partial I want a refund
