I visited Aspen Dental around 2/20/2024 for a routine checkup and cleaning. I was unexpectedly taken to the X-ray area and briefed on the necessity of dental X-rays. Subsequently I was escorted toa room for the cleaning and examination. Duringmy cleaning, which was hastily done with a water pick by an unidentified woman, I was asked questions twice. Another woman proceeded without introduction to measure and record readings of my teeth. Then a third woman entered abruptly, stating that two or three of my teeth needed to be extracted, which felt like a ploy to make more money. Following this, I was led to another room and informed a crown was going to replace a molar that was in bad shape. This was probably the only truth but the work done was terrible, after 2 weeks the temporary crown is loose and half the size of a normal tooth! I will never come back and I refuse to pay for such bad work. I have been overcharged in the amount of $5679.00. Not fair and ridiculous! I was tricked into signing up with the Care Credit Card also not realizing it was a Credit card! Kathleen Donegan

Aspen Dental - Dental extractions prior to dentures.
The oral surgeon extracted teeth and sent me home bleeding. I developed swelling and bruising all over my face including a black eye. I have returned the temporary dentures provided and told the office manager I would not be returning due to the trauma suffered. I went to a second dentist to determine if any damage had been done. He told be I was suffering from PTSD from the experience. I have not been to a dentist since and do not plan to return. I would like them to sto - sending bills from CARE CREDIT, I will get a lawyer if necessary. When I spoke to the office manager, Rob, he 6old me it would be taken care of. I continue to get bills.
Desired outcome: Stop sending bills for poor quality service.
