I won a lawsuit against a Taco Bell manager. Her name is Charolette (Char) Graves. She did not pay any of the amount I was awarded. I then had her and the Taco Bell at which she works served with wage garnishment papers. The garnishment was to go into effect within 30 days of the papers being served. It has been over three months and nothing…no help from anyone affiliated with Taco Bell. I am not sure if she intercepted the wage garnishment form that was for Taco Bell to do the wage garnishment, which with her being a manager could be possible, or if she knew who had received it and got them not to do the wage garnishment, but nothing has been done. I have called the Hanceville Taco Bell, other local Taco Bells, and cooperate. I have also sent emails regarding the situation. No one is bothering to help me in any way. The loss of me as well as some of my family and friends may not be a big deal to cooperate or even the local Taco Bells, but we are boycotting Taco Bell until this issue gets resolved. You are welcome to contact the Cullman, Alabama Courthouse at 256.739.3530 to verify that all the legal paperwork for my side was done correctly and completely; this includes verification that both Char and the Taco Bell she works at were served the garnishment papers.
It is ridiculous that there is no contact information readily available for someone to complain about a manager. Not all managers are good, so there should be a way customers can readily contact whoever is over a manager.
Desired outcome: I want whoever is responsible for seeing that the legal wage garnishment gets done to actually do it. If I keep getting the run around, I will file a lawsuit against Taco Bell as well.
