AutoNation - 2016 chrysler 300 c

Came for an oil change about a month or two ago. When I came everything was good until I heard a noise from a.c. So I looked under my hood. Noticed a cap off. Around it was debris and tree falling. So I put the cap back on until my next change to point out the problem. Cap was still on. So I said it had to be a problem they caused. Now I am here and they're trying to charge me $80 for diagnostic. $400 for part. I have the number for NAC. Part replacement. But I feel I shouldn't have to pay for anything I didn't cause. They left off my cap messing up my blower motor. Which I feel isn't even messed just filled with debris. My car is basically brand new. I feel this was malicious. I want to go to another autonation because I feel this one can further sabotage my car. I have 3 more oil changes. I would like to see if I can get a refund.

AutoNation - the technician put a crack on my upper radio

I brought my car in last week, because I was having problems with my car, they had my car for 3 days. When I had got it back I notice a crack in my car above the radio. The service manager says that he seen a little crack but I never had a crack in my car, I know everything wrong that's in the inside of my car and I need for someone to look at cameras because I'm not going to be held accountable for something I didn't do.
