Titlemax / TMX Finance - stole mytitle

On January 16, 2012I went to Title Max to get a 30 day loan to pay my mortgage. I borrowed $1000.00 but with fees and taxes I owed $1142.89 back which was not a problem. Before I signed my papers I asked Shandrinaye Williams, who at the time was the general manager, how long would it take to get my title back she then told me between 30 and 60 days, by the time I make my first payment my title should be back and if not then it shouldn't take more than a week after that. Well on February 14, 2012, I paid my loan back in full, got me receipt and asked about my title. I was told it had not come in but check back in a week. The week passed and I called back, still no title. I called back the first of March, no title, then the first of April, no title. At this point I want to know whats going on, now they are telling me that DMV is backed up and I just need to be patient. OK, I call May 3, 2012, not only did no one want to take my call, the person that I spoke with, Tyesha Cunningham was rude, evaded all my questions, told my she would not discuss my title with me then, hung up in my face. I called back and then spoke with the manager Frank Harrison and asked to speak with his supervisor, he claimed there was no one above him but was inclined to give me the 800 number.
Needless to say after speaking with the customer service rep at the 800 number, nothing has been resolved and my title is still missing. 5 months later and no one knows where it is.
