Titlemax / TMX Finance review: $5300.00

Hello I took a title loan out with titlemax 2021 for 3000 only because I am disabled and in active treatments for Cancer (Multiple Myeloma) and was backed up on bills because there is no help for disable people in georgia. I've been on there section 8 voucher waiting list since 2020. I was so desperate because when I got the loan I had a 2016 Jeep Renegade but I had this vehicle since Before I was diagnosed with cancer in 2020. I didn't know I was going to be diagnosed with cancer. So to continue to pay off my jeep and all of the rest of my bills & with no job due to the diagnoses I had to take out the loan. A 4,000.00 loan turned into 5347.00 HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO PAY THAT OFF? I can not work. The point of thw loan was to get me out of dent to help my situation and it has done the total opposite. The guy which is the Manager never explained to me in detail that there was a 200% interest rate. He had me sign the paper knowing Im disbaled and receive chemo. Chemo alone fogs your brain so going into the titlemax made me feel like I was going to get help to keep my truck and pay my late bills but no I was taken advantage of and now put into something I cant get out of. Its either pay my rent or pay Titlemax. To make payments you have to go online or into YOUR SPECIFIC branch which mine is in another town considering it has been almost 4yrs Ive been paying and Im still at 52000. 😭 This is ridiculous that this company is allowed to do this. How are veterans eligible to get their loans dismissed and they are taking advantage of EVERYONE? This is unethical and unlawful. They wont tell you how much you have already paid because they know they are wrong. With all that I have going on Im on the verge of commiting suicide. I am sick, I am disabled, I am fraustated with this situation and georgia no help from them either. Theres NO OPTIONS at all! They wont work with u on lowering your payments at all!. I need my car for my biweekly chemotherapy treatments. Letting them come take the car seems to be my only option. HELP! WILL CORPORATE HELP? NO they say call your local branch. This is FRUAD AND in your face ROBBERY. I dont know what to do but I cant continue to put my mental through this. PLEASE HELP! 😪 Im losing my mind.🙏🏽
