So I went to bath & body works today to buy gifts for 15 Females from my Zumba class and I pulled five names from the Angel tree to help people in need. I spent almost 300.00 and all I asked was could I have some plastic bags because there gifts I have to put together I was told by this rude and disrespectful cashier my manager Constantine that we only can give out 5 bags. I said I have almost 300.00 worth of items can I please have a few more she said I already told you I can't then she proceeded to tell the cashier right beside her then she started saying my manager said only 5. She had my items in the bag a hot mess I didn't get any coupons she never even asked me for my email address. So I found the manager who ignored me for almost ten minutes until one of the employees said do she Know your waiting on her, I said I'm the only one in the corner waiting looking pissed off she can't see that. So I begged the manager for a few more bags, she said I can give you only a few customers took most of the bags already and I said if I had known you guys would act like this I wouldn't have came in here I thought I was a customer but they treated me like [censored] today and I will never go back. I'm so hurt and pissed off and I feel horrible and I'm sure nothing will be done but the cashier was not friendly, she was so rude and I tried to tell the manager but she brushed me off.

I placed an order for wallflower refills (10 bottles and a 2 pack this information is important to know). When they arrived you could literally smell it through the unopened box. When I opened the box there was an IMMEDIATE red flag of scent and all the bottles were laying on their sides so obviously one or more was leaking. That was evident by the oil spots in the bottom of the box and oil on some of the labels. I can't figure out for the life of me why the person packaging my items for shipment would use a box CLEARLY too large for the number of items with 1 single small sheet of bubble wrap placed ON TOP of the bottles. Are employees not trained to do this? Is there a policy regarding packaging for shipment? Because if not it surely should be. To be honest it should be common sense that when shipping glass items with liquid they should be shipped upright and the box labelled in some way to indicate it's fragile nature and should remain upright. But just as important, bath and body works should AT LEAST ensure what customers have paid for is being shipped in an appropriate sized box and filled in with bubble wrap to keep it as secure as possible versus being able to roll around on its side leaking oil. This isn't the first time this has happened with the refills but surely the last time it will for me because I won't be ordering them online for delivery again. the sad part is that my daughter ordered soap that was packaged better...SOAP!
The pictures attached are not how the items arrived. Yes the larger box is what they came in with the small sheet of bubble wrap on top. I put them in a smaller box upright INSIDE of the box they shipped them in just for the purpose of scale. So it can be seen just how large of a box them were put in without proper packing to fill in so they would not rattle around.
