On 4/5/2020 I went to the Taco Bell in Mena, AR. I ordered two Party Boxes of tacos, and was told that they had no lettuce. Okay, I can deal with that. Upon pulling up to the window and after paying, I was told that the pintos and cheeses would take 10 minutes, and to please pull forward. After waiting 15 minutes, someone came out and told me that my card had not gone through, and they would need to take it and run it again. I asked why they hadn't told me at the window, and was told it was someone new at the window. After another 5 minutes, they brought my card and food out. After thinking about how they were treating me, I pulled around and asked for a refund. At the window, the Manager (Allison) said she could take the food back and throw it away, but no refund. I said that I was going to file a complaint, and she said "My name is Allison, have a good day, and get out of my line!" Needless to say, I was furious. I have a family of 10, and our order was $48.49. The manager was rude and I am requesting that she be made aware of this, and I would like a refund.
