I placed my order online, received a text that my food was ready. I waited an extra 15 minutes before driving to the restaurant. I parked in the curbside spot, no one came, and I had to get out the car, and they don't know where my order is. After looking for 10 minutes, they decided to remake it. (NO ONE OFFERED ANY REFUND, GIFT CARD, FREE FOOD OR ANYTHING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE) Then waiting another 30 minutes, I finally got my order and left. I looked in the bag and one of my sides were missing, had to go back, then when I made it home, they didn't put any salad dressing in the bag.
Desired outcome: I would prefer a refund or a gift card, so I can go get my order right, at another Chili's

I am yet appalled at Chili's. I placed an order today, Jan 8, 2022. Order #: [protected] at the North Little Rock Chili's on McCain. I stopped eating at the one on Markham a year or so ago because of the very reason I am about to explain.
My husband always gets the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo. We've recently had to just get the Smokehouse combo because the brisket is not sold separately anymore.
I always get the 3 for $10 with the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas. Every single time I get these there is One, maybe two pieces of chicken on each quesadilla. The past few times I thought... maybe it's just the cook today... I don't want to complain unnecessarily.
However, when my daughter was home from college last, we ordered two of the 3 for $10 and both got the quesadillas. They were fixed identical. One or two at the most pieces of chicken on each piece.
So today when I ordered I called the TO GO and asked the lady to please bring this to the attention of the kitchen. She was so nice and said she would. When I arrived to pick up my order she came out and assured me she spoke with the kitchen staff, as well as the manager. As I am typing I sure hope I can add a picture to this email. I told her I wanted to do that because I did not want to have to complain or send a message to corporate…she understood and thanked me.
I didn't even bother checking the box because I just assumed (as I shouldn't have) that they got the message, and we were okay. I am DONE! One or two pieces on each quesadilla.
If you are the kitchen staff, why would you even serve this to anyone?!?! Would you eat this!?!? Why do you all not care!?!? Why am I having to type this message about some quesadillas?!?!
I am over spending my money in establishments that could care less about presentation or quality of the food they serve their customers.
I love Chili's but this is down right shameful and ridiculous! I know I cannot recoup all the funds I've spent at Chili's. However, if you check my online account, we eat here a whole lot.
I want my money back. This is beyond ridiculous, and I am over it.
