The old timer burgers were exceptionally good. Good flavor and nice n hot.

Chili's Grill & Bar Grandma's 89th Birthday

Today we celebrated our Grandmother's 89th birthday. We had a party of 22 people. The waitress was wonderful & very nice. The food was great. We will be returning. We were in the Newport News VA location

Marybeth at chili's in Huntsville on Jones valley is an awesome and wonderful person. DoorDash didn't get my order correct and she made it correct for me. She is a super sweet and caring person. This girl deserves a raise. She went above and beyond to make things right for me.

Chili's Grill & Bar OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Chillis [protected]@ 2230 Mt Zion Pkwy, in Morrow Ga has the best staff. They give the best customer service they are extremely friendly, and compassionate. They make you feel like your apart of the family. The manager Damon that runs this location is a great leader. And his great leadership skills reflects in his staff. Job well done to the entire staff.

Chili's Grill & Bar Chilis needs more good reviews on this site. The overall rating is not accurate at all!

First of all I would like to say that I have been to Chili's quite a few times. And being a former server I would say that I am overall a harder to please guest. I have always had good service at Chili's. And the food has always been satisfactory. I am writing this review because my last experience at Chili's I ordered curbside. I had originally made my order online. After completing and paying for my order I realized that they offered a special that included both of my entr?es and appetizer and dessert that I had already ordered. And the special was $20 cheaper than my bill already was. So I called up and spoke with the manager and she discounted my bill and gave me the price of the specials. With no problems. My food was good and the curbside service was very fast. I definitely do not believe that they should have such a poor rating. But then again most people only leave bad complaints and rarely take the time to leave a good review. I am pleased with Chilies and will have no problem going there any time.

Chili's Grill & Bar Chili's Grill & Bar Review: Frustrating Service, Decent Food, and No Physical Menus

Went to Chili's Grill & Bar after what felt like ages. We were not given a menu, but there was a bar code that we could scan to get one. My mom doesn't use a cell phone, so they gave her a menu, but they still had me look it up on my phone. After making my selection with the 3/$10 meal, I wanted items that clearly stated on my own phone that were an additional charge. The waitress proceeded to tell me that these items were an additional charge and asked if I was okay with that. I was already kind of irritated that I couldn't look at a true menu, but the menu over my phone clearly stated the additional charge.

Then my mom wasn't finished with her salad. The fork was actually in the bowl to get another bite, but the waitress came up to take the bowl from her. So my mom just gave her the bowl even though it wasn't finished. The dinner just seemed rushed. She was a nice waitress, but the experience was irritating. Then they make you use the kiosk on your table if you are using our credit card. Otherwise, they help you if it's cash. You can't have a menu because of cleaning them, but every person can lay their hands all over the kiosks, and that is okay? I don't see the difference.

She never came back after this, so we just left our cash on the table and hoped that the restaurant received our money. Overall, the experience was not great. The service was rushed, and the lack of a physical menu was frustrating. However, the food was decent, and the 3/$10 meal was a good deal. I would recommend Chili's Grill & Bar for a quick meal, but don't expect exceptional service.

Chili's Grill & Bar Terrible Service and Cheating Waitress at Chili's Grill & Bar in West Palm Beach, Florida

Me and my pal went to Chili's Grill & Bar on Okeechobee in West Palm Beach, Florida. I gotta say, it was the worst experience of my life. The waitress was terrible, and the service was non-existent. They had a deal for 3 for $10.99, which included a drink, a salad, and an entree. We decided to go for the Margherita night, and if you wanted to upgrade your drink, it would cost you $2.69 more. I had a coupon for free chips and salsa, but the waitress never brought it to us until I asked her three times. And even then, it only arrived after our food was served.

We asked for boxes to take our food home and our bills, but the waitress never came back. My friend had to go to the kitchen to get the boxes. When the bill finally came, it was wrong. The waitress tried to charge me for the free chips and salsa and $5.00 per drink, instead of the $2.69 that was listed on the menu. I called her out on it, and she said she fixed the bill, but she lied. I told her I was good with numbers, and I caught her trying to cheat me. She laughed and said she wouldn't cheat me because I caught her. Can you believe that?

Then the manager tried to charge us for tap water, the same price as a glass of soda. We argued with him for 10-15 minutes, and he finally said he would give us a glass of pop to go. All we wanted was a nice dinner, but that never happened. At this restaurant, the customer is never right or listened to. So, if you're thinking of going to Chili's Grill & Bar, beware.

Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointing Service at Chili's Grill & Bar in El Paso, TX - A Review

I went to Chili's Grill & Bar last night at the location on 7600 N. Mesa St. in El Paso, TX. I was in the mood for some delicious food and decided to order takeout. When I arrived, the hostess didn't greet me warmly, but instead asked me how many people were in my party. I told her that I wanted to place a carryout order, and she directed me to a small counter against the back wall next to the kitchen. Unfortunately, nobody was there to take my order, and I had to wait for about 10 minutes before going back to the hostess to ask if someone could help me.

After being assured that someone would be there to take my order, I went back to the counter and waited for at least 15 minutes without any success. I was about to leave when a woman showed up and asked me in a very loud voice if I had a pick-up order. I told her what I wanted, and how frustrated I was with the service so far. However, she didn't acknowledge my comment at all and just asked me what I wanted to order. I asked her for a menu, and she grabbed one from the top and threw it on the counter.

Despite the poor service, I decided to wait for my order at the bar. The bartender was a very kind and nice person, and the food was okay. However, I can't recommend this location to anyone, and I won't be going back anytime soon. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope that the staff can improve their service in the future.

Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointing Experience at Chili's in Homestead, Florida: Dirty Restaurant, Terrible Service, and Weird Brisket Sandwich

I haven't been to a Chili's in years, but my adult son and I decided to visit the one in Homestead, Florida this evening. We were seated promptly, but unfortunately, we were left alone for quite some time. I had to flag down a server to place our order for cocktails and food. As we waited, I couldn't help but notice the dirty dishes piled up on the tables around us and the loud children running around. I was surprised to see so many kids in an establishment that serves alcohol.

It took about 45 minutes for our cocktails to arrive, and the food quickly followed. I was hoping to sit and enjoy my drink, but there was no time for that in this busy restaurant. Our "brisket sandwich" arrived, and I have to say, it was the weirdest sandwich I've ever had in my 65 years of life. My son even commented that it looked like a hamburger with a couple of slices of brisket on top. I have to agree; it was definitely a hamburger with a few pieces of brisket on top. I was also surprised to see that the sandwich didn't come with pickles and onions. However, I did manage to get our waiter to bring me some sliced onion. But, to my surprise, there was pickle juice on the sandwich! I couldn't believe it.

Overall, the best thing about the entire meal and cocktails was the French fries. I have to admit, it doesn't take a genius to cook French fries. However, the restaurant was filthy, and the service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's sinking, and they might as well lock the doors.

Chili's Grill & Bar Mixed Experiences at Chili's Grill & Bar: Hiring Process and Wait Times

I applied to work at Chili's Grill & Bar in New Lenox, IL through Indeed about two years ago. Unfortunately, I never received a response from them. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and went to the restaurant to speak with a manager about my application. To my surprise, the manager informed me that I did not pass the online test, even though she didn't even know my name. Oh well, no big deal, right?

Despite this experience, my family and I still enjoy dining at Chili's several times a year. However, our most recent visit was a bit disappointing. My son and I walked in and were greeted by a young lady who informed us that there would be a 35-minute wait due to being short-staffed. We looked around and noticed that most of the tables were empty, with only two or three tables occupied at the time. I asked if we could sit at one of the empty tables and wait, but she said no and suggested we sit at the bar instead. However, I didn't feel comfortable sitting at the bar with my 18-year-old son, so we decided to go to Portillo's next door instead. No big deal, we still had a good time.

Interestingly, while we were at Portillo's, my son decided to apply for a job at Chili's. He received an invitation for an interview the next day, which was great news! He dressed appropriately and went to the interview, but unfortunately, it didn't go as planned. The manager came in, took his name, and left. She came back a few minutes later and apologized, saying that she was short-staffed. She asked him about his availability, and he told her that he could work whenever needed. She left the room again and came back to say that she had to help get orders out and wouldn't be able to finish the interview. Sadly, he didn't get the job, and they said that they wouldn't be hiring at this time. What a bummer!

Overall, our experiences with Chili's have been a bit hit or miss. While we enjoy the food and atmosphere, we've had some frustrating experiences with the hiring process and wait times. However, we'll still continue to dine at Chili's and hope for better experiences in the future.

Chili's Grill & Bar Chili's Grill & Bar Discriminates Against Customers Based on Race: A Disappointing Experience

I recently went to Chili's Grill & Bar located at 257 Hartford Ave Bellingham Ma *** with my family. We were initially seated at a small table at the bar, which we found odd since there were empty booths available. When we asked the host, who seemed like an up and coming kid, why we were being seated at the bar, he told us that the other booths weren't being used. However, we noticed that when more white people came in, the same host sat them in the booths that we were told weren't being used. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

We were about to leave when a waitress asked us if there was a problem. We explained what had happened with the host, and she took it upon herself to seat us at a booth. Her service was good, but unfortunately, we can't say the same for Chili's as a restaurant chain. It's disappointing to see that some establishments still discriminate against people based on their race or ethnicity. It's even more disheartening to see that they hire people who share the same discriminatory views.

I decided then and there that I would never visit a Chili's restaurant again. It's not worth spending my hard-earned money at a place that doesn't value diversity and inclusivity. If you're not white, I would advise you not to visit the Chili's located at the address above. It's clear that they don't welcome people who don't fit their narrow definition of what a customer should look like.

It's unfortunate that in this day and age, we still have to deal with racism and discrimination. However, it's important to speak up and let others know about our experiences. I hope that Chili's takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to ensure that all of their customers feel welcome and valued. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointing Experience at Chili's Grill & Bar: Raw Desserts and Terrible Customer Service

So, I gotta tell you guys about my experience at Chili's Grill & Bar. I ordered some dessert items through Door dash, like I've done before, but this time it was a total disaster. The Molten Chocolate Cake and Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie were both uncooked, like almost totally raw. I was so disappointed, especially since I've never had this problem before and there was nothing advertised about the items being delivered raw.

I called the restaurant to speak to the manager, but it was a total nightmare. I was on hold for so long that the call ended, and I had to call back again. Finally, Zoey answered and got the manager on the phone. But the manager was no help at all. She told me that's just how they do it, even though it's never been done that way before. And she didn't seem to care that they didn't advertise the items as being delivered raw.

I was so frustrated that I filed a formal complaint through their website. They contacted me and said someone would reach out to me, but that never happened. So it's clear they don't care about their customers' experiences, good or bad. I'm definitely taking my money elsewhere from now on.

I'm really disappointed in the Joplin, MO, Chili's Bar and Grill. The management and customer service are terrible. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. And I'm definitely going to be posting this review everywhere so people know what they're getting into.

Overall, I think the evening manager needs some serious customer service training. And they need to stop advertising raw food on anything. It's just not acceptable. I had to request a complete refund from Door dash and report them for delivering raw food. It's just not worth the hassle.

Chili's Grill & Bar Rude Bartender at Chili's Grill & Bar Threatens Customer - Avoid Tuesday Nights!

I've been a regular at Chili's Grill & Bar located at 34710 North Valley Phoenix 85086 for over a decade now. I used to come here almost every day for the last year, but I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. While most of the bartenders are great, there's one who's been consistently rude to me - Jeanine. She's been threatening to smack me for innocent jokes that bartenders shouldn't be offended by. It's not just me, all the regulars avoid coming in on Tuesday nights when she's bartending because of her attitude and rude behavior. I hope the management can put a different bartender on for Tuesday nights.

I've overheard the workers say jokes to each other and even joke with me, and I've never taken offense to any of it. But on Friday night, Jeanine's daughter Kate, who also works there, overheard me say a joke to the guy next to me. I said, "The surfers in Hawaii remind me of myself, they hang 10." Her daughter is older, around 25-30, and she went back and told her mom what she heard. Jeanine came out screaming at me in front of customers, and then a couple of minutes later, she came back out again saying that I had to apologize to her daughter. I was surprised that she heard it because my voice doesn't travel, and it wasn't offensive. This is a BAR, after all! I won't stop filing complaints with corporate and the BBB until Jeanine has either been taken out of the bar area or she has lost her job completely. Not only did she threaten me, but she also embarrassed me in front of other customers by yelling.

I called and spoke to the manager, Amy, to let her know my concerns. But instead of addressing the issue, she said, "I don't blame her for saying she would smack you." And as for the incident on Friday night, she said, "I'm sure there's a lot more to it than that." Really, Amy? Do you not realize that the guy I said the joke to is a rights attorney? He would make a great witness. And then she had the audacity to suggest that I go to a different bar from now on. It's disappointing to know that Chili's promotes both verbal and physical assaults on their customers.

Chili's Grill & Bar Terrible Service and Inedible Food: My Experience at Chili's Grill & Bar

This Chili's Grill & Bar is the worst one I have ever been to. The service is terrible and on multiple occasions, I have been left standing there with no one offering me a seat or any service, even though the place was empty. It's especially difficult for me as I am disabled and can barely walk to the bathroom, let alone stand there for 10 minutes without getting greeted by anybody or any staff member.

To make matters worse, the food is not edible. I ordered chicken enchiladas and all I got was bone and ligaments that are simply just not edible and are simply dangerous to even feed to a dog. From the very first bite I took, all I got was bone which I have pictures and videos to prove. I was so disgusted that I couldn't eat, but my wife didn't want to make a scene or make a big deal out of it, so she switched me plates. The funny thing is that the same thing was happening with her plate too. She couldn't even eat them because there was just too much chicken bone and ligament that it was basically a bone and not edible parts of the chicken! Enchilada.

To add insult to injury, our waiter kept saying the same inappropriate joke over and over again, trying to break the ice. He kept saying, "If you need anything, tell my supervisor because I'm hung over." And when he kept bringing our drinks, he literally kept sticking his nose to both of our drinks because he couldn't tell which was Dr. Pepper and which was Diet Pepsi because of the same color. I asked him twice nicely that it's okay, we will figure it out. But his nose will literally touch the rim of the cup, and I didn't want to be rude, so I didn't say anything until I got our food. I was so disgusted and so turned off by the whole experience. I still have the pictures and videos to prove it.

The food was just not edible, and the service was garbage. There's no way I would even feed this to my dog. It would probably kill her, so why serve it to us? I think it's because they thought we were cheap and were ordering cheap stuff from the menu, which we are far from. I was simply craving enchiladas and didn't even bother to look at the price, which I think was like $10 menu items. I think that's why they assumed we were cheap and not going to leave a tip, so they gave us what we were paying for in their minds.

This was the first time that I did not leave a tip, no matter how horrible the service is at any restaurant we go to. I always leave 10 to 20%, sometimes even more depending on the service. But this time, I just couldn't. I have not returned to this Chili's or any Chili's for that matter. I hope that they have improved their service since I have been there.

Chili's Grill & Bar Unprofessionalism and Rude Service at Chili's Grill & Bar in Delavan WI

I gotta say, my recent experience at Chili's Grill & Bar was a real doozy. I've taken my kiddos there plenty of times before, and while we've had a few bumps in the road, the good times have always outweighed the bad. But this last visit? Oh boy, it was a doozy.

First off, our waitress was just plain rude. And don't even get me started on the manager - that guy was the epitome of unprofessionalism. It all started when I ordered a virgin bloody mary and it came with table salt on the rim. I mean, come on, everyone knows it's supposed to be celery salt! And when I asked for a pickle, I got three olives instead - even though I specifically said no olives. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she just gave me attitude and told me it was a mix. Like, seriously? That's not an excuse.

And then there was the appetizer - chips and queso dip. The chips were so greasy they were practically swimming in oil. When I asked the waitress if she would eat them, she said no - and then had the nerve to tell me she didn't serve them to us, like that made it okay. But of course, she still got our tip when we paid the bill.

And don't even get me started on the main course. My son ordered a burger and was never asked how he wanted it cooked, so he ended up with a piece of meat that was overcooked and dry as a bone. And my steak? Let's just say it was paper thin and tough as nails. When I asked to swap out my broccoli for corn, I wasn't even asked if I wanted the cob or kernels. And when the corn arrived, it was covered in seasoning in one spot only. Not exactly what I was expecting.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waitress, she did absolutely nothing to try and make things right. And when I showed her one of the disgustingly greasy chips and tossed it on my plate, the manager came over and started yelling at me. I never threw it at the waitress, but he made a huge scene and told me to leave immediately. I mean, I get that I crossed a line by tossing my plate, but the way he treated me was completely uncalled for.

I've been in the service industry for over 20 years, and I would never treat a customer like that - even if they were being difficult. I go to a restaurant expecting to pay for my meal, but being humiliated in front of the entire restaurant is where I draw the line. And after witnessing our experience, several other customers who were waiting to be seated actually left.

Look, I love Chili's food - I really do. But after this experience, I don't think I'll ever be going back to the Delavan WI location. The manager and waitress lost more business than they earned that night, and it's a shame that their unprofessionalism ruined what could have been a great meal.

Chili's Grill & Bar Worst Chili's Grill & Bar ever on 543 Coleman ave San Jose CA 95110

I'm editing my review and cutting it because a super long story short this Chili's is the worst chilies grill and bar ever. Chili's Grill & Bar Diner take out on 03/03/2024 at Chili's Humble TX

To go order. Went there tonight, got an order with a drink. All was well, however, the burger was terrible. Called the store, asked for the manager, talked to Paul who said he was the manager. Explained what the problem was, he went on arguing about why my burger was good.

Too much pettiness about a small problem, that turned out to be a disaster. Very unprofessional. All for a $10, burger! He offered me, at 19:45, at my age, I am 75 years old, to drive back to the store to get a replacement, he told me that they did not do any replacements but on the same day. I offered to keep the burger in the freezer, to take back to the store, but he said he said " no we do not do that, the offer is only good on the same day. The manager's name is Paul.

Offended and disappointed, what an unprofessional reaction from a manager. Terrible attitude.

Pathetic services by Chilis - ambience gurgaon restaurant .

First they serve wrong dish after 30 minutes , on asking to cancel the order cos we are getting late , serving person says it’s not possible .

On calling the restaurant manager 2-3 times, he didn’t care to listen ……. Seeking a reason that he is not keeping well .

Chili's Grill & Bar money

I was given the wrong tablet to pay, so I paid for another table, They told me they would reimburse me, well it's been over 2 weeks and still have not seen anything in my account being refuned. I have called the manager 2 times and he told me that he would send it and it hasnt. I am not happy at all. I have been told this to many times that its been taken care of and it hasnt. I will not be going back. It was the one in Roanoke, Tanglewood Mall

I want my money back.

Chili's Grill & Bar Age discrimination - customer disrespect

COMPLAINT IS AGAINST:

THE NEW CHILIS RESTURANT IN CRESTVIEW FLORIDA - 2680 S. Ferdon Blvd. unit 203 ...manager " BRANDON HERNANDEZ"

I am a 72 yr. old retired MARINE VETERAN. My wife is a 30 year VA nurse.

We went to the new CRESTVIEW CHILIS on 07-03-2023 at 2:30 pm.

After reviewing the Menu we tried to order the 3 DIPPER SPECIAL. We were immediately told that the restaurant was "OUT OF SLIDERS AND OUT OF EGROLLS"..I asked for the manager to come to the table.

BRANDON HERNANDEZ came to the table with both servers ( trainer and new server ). HE SAID " WHATS YOUR PROBLEM " I told him :BOTH SERVERS HAVE BEEN GREAT - please verify this )-

BUT - I am not happy with the way this ordering is going . You are brand new and already out of what I want to order. I jokingly said ..." if I have to order something I don't want YOU should pay for it !"

HE IMMEDIATELY SNAPPED AT ME ( what a short fuse ) and stated. " WELL I AM NOT GOING TO LET SOME OLD GUY LIKE YOU COME INTO " MY RESTURANT " AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO . I could get what you want from the kitchen but since you complained like this ..I will not .

I asked him " where are you from son?" he snapped back Pensacola. I said well here in Crestview we like a little CUSTOMER SERVICE when we SPEND OUR MONEY. You are half my age and are being disrespectful. You are acting like a punk kid.

HE snapped back again ... Actually I DONT WANT PEOPLE LIKE " YOU " IN " MY RESTURANT " and he pointed to the door and ordered us to leave !

In my opinion BRANDON HERNANDEZ has a personality problem and he is either NOT TRAINED properly or he has a chip on his shoulder against senior citizens. I told him I intend to complain to the CITY Chamber of Commerce ...what he was doing is wrong . He said go ahead . I did say : YOU WILL REGRET THIS " ... and so I am FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT !

IF THIS IS CHILI'S WAY OF DOING BUSINESS ..TELL ME

IF YOU FEEL BRANDON HERNANDEZ treated me properly TELL ME

In my opinion he does not represent your company properly and he will run off a lot of senior customers with his 'juvenile bullying attitude" . " my restaurant" ...hardly I think .

Please have a senior member of management respond back to me in writing. In my opinion this is a disrespectful AGE DISCRIMINATION complaint ...plain and simple. If this is the way CHILI'S handles their business TELL ME SO IN WRITING and I will get on with complaining to others at the State of Florida Consumer Affairs division.

My wife had to work a 12 hr. shift on 07-04 so we were doing our 4th of July dinner out on the third. BRANDON HERNANDEZ ruined IT FOR US.

As we walking out in disgust two customers nearby said " THAT'S [censored] AND WRONG MAN" . I feel they are right.

AGAIN... please have a senior management team member respond.

I am pretty angry about the way I was treated...

Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointing Experience at Chili's Grill & Bar: Overcooked Fajitas and Poor Service

I went to Chili's Grill & Bar (chilis.com) on March 8th around 5 PM. I drove over 30 miles just to have dinner at this restaurant. I was really excited because it had been over 5 months since I had the beef fa?ji?tas with all the trimmings. I was very specific about how I wanted them cooked. I wanted them rare as they hit my plate and with soup.

When the soup arrived, it was too spicy for my taste. I had to send it back to the kitchen. After some time, my dinner finally arrived. Unfortunately, they were cooked very well done, which was the opposite of what I had ordered. Not only were they cooked wrong, but the texture of the beef was worse than leather. I was extremely disappointed. I had traveled over 60 miles round trip for a dinner that was a complete waste.

I left the restaurant feeling very unhappy. I decided that I would never return to Chili's Grill & Bar again. After reading all the negative reviews online, I am convinced that the management does not care about how their customers are treated. I will make sure to post this review wherever I can to warn other potential customers about my experience.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Chili's Grill & Bar. The food was not cooked to my liking and the service was not up to par. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Chili's Grill & Bar Mixed Experience at Chili's Grill & Bar: Food Good, Service Subpar, Strange Note on Receipt

I recently went to Chili's Grill & Bar with a close friend to celebrate her birthday. Our server seemed new or maybe she was the only one working on her side. I was surprised when our drinks arrived without silverware and straws, which is usually given. When I looked at my silverware, I noticed there was food in it. I had to wait for over 10 minutes for my waitress to bring me a new set, and by then, my broccoli had gotten cold.

To make matters worse, I noticed something strange on my receipt. It only showed two of us, but there was a "Don't Make" written on it. I was planning on coming back for lunch, but now I'm not so sure if I want to. Also, it seemed like all the black customers were seated on the same side. I don't know if I'm making too much of that part, but it made me feel uncomfortable.

Despite the service being subpar, the food was good. I saved my broccoli and ate it at home since it was cold. I really wished I had noticed the strange note on my receipt before leaving the restaurant. Nonetheless, I still tipped our server. Can someone help me figure out what "Don't Make" means on my receipt?

Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointing Customer Service at Chili's Grill & Bar in Kansas City

I recently visited Chili's Grill & Bar and had a less than satisfactory experience with their customer service. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant. I tried to report my poor experience to a manager, but unfortunately, things only got worse from there.

The manager I spoke to was very rude and interrupted me while I was speaking. I asked for her name, but she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. I was shocked by her behavior and decided to call back and speak to another manager.

When I called back, I asked for the highest ranking manager, but the young lady who answered the phone refused to give me their name. She said that person was busy and would call me back. I asked her to clarify, but she too hung up on me.

I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service at Chili's. It seemed like they didn't care about their customers at all. I visited the store in Kansas City, just west of Liberty on Church Rd, and I would advise others not to give them their money.

Overall, my experience at Chili's was very disappointing. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future so that others don't have to go through what I did.

Chili's Grill & Bar Mixed Feelings: A Review of Chili's Restaurant

to back up my claims. It's a shame because I used to enjoy going to Chili's for their delicious food and drinks. But now, I can't even think about going back there without feeling uneasy.

Aside from my personal experience with the management, the food at Chili's is still pretty good. I love their fajitas and their margaritas are always on point. The atmosphere is also nice, with dim lighting and a cozy vibe.

However, I have noticed that the prices have gone up quite a bit in recent years. It's not as affordable as it used to be, which is a shame because it used to be a great spot for a casual dinner with friends or family.

Overall, I would still recommend Chili's for their food and drinks, but I would caution anyone about the management and their treatment of employees. It's important to support businesses that treat their employees with respect and fairness.

Chili's Grill & Bar Disruptive Child Ruins Birthday Celebration at Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili's Grill & Bar is one of my go-to spots for a tasty meal. I recently visited with my brother to celebrate his birthday, but unfortunately, our experience was not up to par. Throughout our meal, a young child was screaming at the top of their lungs, which made it difficult to enjoy our time there. I kindly asked our waitress if she could bring over a manager to address the issue, but she seemed hesitant and even a bit offended. She eventually sent over another waitress to attend to us, but we still felt rushed and uncomfortable.

It's disappointing that Chili's couldn't do more to address the disruptive behavior of the child. I've been to other restaurants where they have been able to handle similar situations with grace and tact. Despite the unpleasant experience, I still appreciate the friendly service we received from our waitress at the beginning of our meal. However, the rushed service towards the end left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was considering ordering dessert, but the rushed service made me change my mind. It's a shame that we couldn't enjoy a full meal and celebrate my brother's birthday properly. On our way out, I spoke to the hostess and explained the situation. She apologized and said she would bring it to the attention of a manager, but at that point, we were ready to leave.

Overall, I hope that Chili's can improve their handling of disruptive behavior in the future. While I appreciate the friendly service we received at the beginning of our meal, the rushed service and lack of action towards the screaming child left a lot to be desired. I'll still consider returning to Chili's in the future, but I hope that they can address these issues to make the dining experience more enjoyable for all customers.

Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointing Birthday Celebration at Chili's Grill & Bar in Homewood: A Review

Me and my daughter went to Chili's Grill & Bar in Homewood to celebrate her birthday. We were excited to have a good time and enjoy some delicious food. However, our experience turned out to be a complete disaster. We waited for over 2 1/2 hours for our food, but it never arrived. Our server was very concerned and apologetic, and he informed us that he was going to talk to the manager to see if he could do something about it.

We saw our server talking to the manager, but unfortunately, the manager didn't seem to care about our situation. He shook his head and looked very upset with our server, who was only trying to help us. We were disappointed and frustrated that we had to wait for so long and still didn't receive our food. When the food finally came out, we decided to deny it because we had already waited for too long.

Our server came over and told us that the manager was not going to accommodate us, but he was very apologetic and sorry for the situation. We told him that it was okay and that it wasn't his fault. We thanked him and left him a good tip for his efforts.

Overall, this was the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. We don't understand why the manager didn't feel the need to accommodate us, especially since it was my daughter's birthday. We were disappointed and frustrated with the situation, but we appreciated our server's efforts to help us. Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointed and Frustrated: My Recent Experiences with Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili's Grill & Bar used to be my go-to spot for a quick and easy meal. I loved using their app to place an order and then picking it up in my car at the allocated time. However, my recent experiences have left me disappointed and frustrated.

This was my second time in three weeks where I arrived at the designated time, either through the mobile app or by speaking to a real human on the phone, only to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my order. Last time, I waited for 50 minutes through the mobile app, and this time, I waited for over an hour and 15 minutes. Luckily, I had called in my order this time, so I hadn't pre-paid and was able to leave without losing any money.

Chili's, it's okay to be honest about the wait time when taking phone orders. If it's going to take over an hour, just say so. Don't promise 20-25 minutes and then miss the mark by a long shot. And it's not just the wait time that's frustrating - it's the lack of communication and effort to make it right. No one answered the phone on multiple attempts, and there was no offer to make up for the long wait with a credit or free entree.

I understand that the restaurant industry is struggling with a lack of workers and other challenges, but that's no excuse for poor operations and management. Chili's, please get your act together and make some serious changes. As a loyal customer, I want to continue enjoying your food and service, but I can't do that if the experience is consistently disappointing.

Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointing Dining Experience at Chili's Grill & Bar on Eagle: Rude Manager and Cold Food

We went to Chili's Grill & Bar to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday and this location is our go-to spot because it's close to our house. I decided to order the steak and made it a 10 ounce. The first steak that I received was well done, but I had ordered it medium rare. The waiter was super nice and came over right away to apologize and said that he would have the manager order another one. The second steak came out and it was so rare that it was literally mooing. I had to cut it open to show the waiter and he said that he would get his manager.

This is where things took a turn for the worse. The manager was extremely rude and defensive from the moment she arrived at our table. She said that the steak was cooked to the correct temperature and that it was medium rare. I disagreed and said that it was not medium rare, but she insisted that it was and walked off. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before and it was a huge disappointment.

To make matters worse, my mother's food and my wife's food were also cold when they received it. We asked for more beans because they were so cold, but they came out cold again. It was a frustrating experience and we will not be going back to Chili's on Eagle again. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and it ruined our entire dining experience.

Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointing Experience at Chili's Grill & Bar in Nacogdoches, TX: Long Wait, Charred Food, and Disgusting Restroom

I went to Chili's Grill & Bar in Nacogdoches, TX on September 19th, 2020 and I gotta say, I won't be going back anytime soon. The wait for a table was a whopping 45 minutes, and to make matters worse, I was told that there was a 45 minute wait for a seat at the bar even though there was only one person sitting there. I had to wait while they filled all of the pickup orders, but let people inside at tables wait for their orders. The focus was on called-in orders and pickup orders instead of orders for people at tables who waited almost an hour for a seat. The restaurant was only about 20% full even though the Governor has granted 75% occupancy.

After FINALLY being seated, the wait for food was almost 20 minutes more. When the food arrived, the meat was charred. I returned the food and was told that I would have to wait another 20 minutes for them to prepare food that wouldn't be charred. I told them to forget the whole thing and left. On my way out, I stopped by the restroom and it was DISGUSTING. THEY CERTAINLY AREN'T WORRIED ABOUT COVID IN THE RESTROOMS.

The entire wait was all for nothing and we never got to have a meal. Such a huge waste of time and energy. The manager was young and inexperienced and didn't have a clue how to handle the situation. I asked if she could comp our drinks to, in some small way, make up for the whole ordeal. She refused our request.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Chili's Grill & Bar. The wait was long, the food was charred, and the restroom was disgusting. I hope they can improve their service and cleanliness in the future.

Chili's Grill & Bar Disappointing Experience at Chili's Grill & Bar in Clive, Iowa: A Review

Chili's Grill & Bar in Clive, Iowa is not the best place to eat, to say the least! We decided to start with the "Onion Petals" as an appetizer, but they were not what we expected. They were more like "Appetizer Suppressors" because they were onion chunks that had been dipped in batter and deep-fried until the batter was almost turning brown. The onion chunks were barely warm and sprinkled with some seasoning that didn't do much to enhance the flavor.

For my main course, I ordered the Half Rack of ribs, which was served in a basket with only four ribs. A typical half rack of ribs usually consists of 7-8 ribs, and a full rack has from 15-17 ribs. The first and last ribs of the portion lacked any meat on the outside, which left me with meat from between three ribs that was substandard at best. The ribs were barely coated with Barbecue sauce, and I would have asked for more sauce if the waitress had bothered to stop by our booth to ask if we needed anything or how our meals were.

Overall, I would suggest buying a Swanson or Banquet TV dinner instead of going to Chili's. The TV dinners would be much more tasty and appetizing than Chili's and far less costly. Needless to say, we won't be back to Chili's anytime soon.
