Chili's Grill & Bar online order

Placed an order online and I should've checked everything before I left but felt confident in the restaurant. First off all I waited about 10 mins before anyone helped me to get my order but that isn't even what I'm upset about. We were missing 3 sides.. one of which we paid extra for and the steak was rare when that isn't how it was ordered. There were no napkin/silverware sets packed and both salads were incorrect. I never place reviews but I'm so disappointed with this order. I knew I should've checked before I left.

Chili's Grill & Bar employees not explaining your coupons until you get ready to pay

In Brownwood Tx, l had ordered my meal, explaining l had a coupons, when time to pay, she came up with all kind of excuses, you can't use this one and if you split your bill only one at a table can be used, l think they should explain it to patrons before stiffing them. I asked all this before ordering, and don't know if l want to go back, l usually go a lot, with a lot of friends, they will probably stop too, please train your employees better?

Chili's Grill & Bar baby back ribs

We had just survived Hurricane Irma in Florida. Since our power was out we decided to go to Chili’s Fleming Island Florida store #1247 for a warm family meal. The assured us they did not lose power. (9/12/17)They were very busy and service was slow but we understood due to extenuating circumstances. We had 4 adults and 1 child with us. We all ordered something different. I ordered the baby back ribs. We ate around 2pm. By 8 pm I was not feeling well. I spent the entire evening in the bathroom very sick with vomiting and diarrhea. I don’t think I ever been so weak and sick. No one else in my party got sick. I got a bad case of food poisoning. My husband called the restaurant the following day and spoke with a manager. They stated they would refund our money. (9/13/17 $84.00). I’ve called our credit card company checking on the refund periodically but it has never shown up. Today 10/22/17 my husband called and again spoke to a manager. Stated would have to go to general manager but he was out of town. Stated no one else complained so and now not sure they will refund even though they assured us a credit would be processed to our credit card. Why apologize and state you will give refund just to renig? What poor customer service! Instead of having a loyal customer you now have an angry customer. Word of mouth is powerful advertising. Please make this right. Keep your word and refund my money!

Chili's Grill & Bar waiter

My family and I dine in to Chilis very frequent. Well tonight at the Lake Charles, Louisiana location our waiter was rude as ever. It began when the drinks we ordered were horrible so I myself switched to magaritas and my husband a coke. Then upon receiving our order, my husband had a steak that was suppose to be medium/ well but it was well done so he asked the waiter was it fried and he replied no of course and then my husband stated i think i was cause look at this steak and he goes well i guess your calling me a liar and im not a liar. Disrespectful as ever and the worst customer service. Then he never came back to refill our drinks and never came back. We been loyal customers of your chain but will never return.

Chili's Grill & Bar ribs

I went to eat ribs the other night and was so disappointed. They were dry and tough couldn't eat at all. Rainbow 95 Las Vegas. I mentioned it to the waiter he played it off like he didn't really hear me. It's ok I just won't go back. I felt as if they didn't believe me. I'm a former restaurant owner now bartender server and I don't like to complain but I never had ribs that were that bad and then the staff make me feel as if I'm in the wrong. Wow just bad business.

Chili's Grill & Bar time/service

I went to chili’s with a few friends. We sat in the bar area and it was not very busy at all. Our waitress super sweet and seemed great in the beginning. She got our drinks and food ordered. Once our food came she never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted more drinks. Our tablet at the table wasn’t even the right one so we couldn’t order off that. We had to ask someone else for another drink and boxes. Then it took us about 25 minutes to get our bill. She checked on tables around us and would walk passed ours. I said “excuse me” loud enough for her to hear as she was walking by and she just kept walking. Been to this chili’s location many times and have never had such bad service.

Chili's Grill & Bar online order

We ordered dinner last night from the Uniontown PA chilis. My husband returned home with an empty box where his quesadilla was supposed to be. I ordered my 3 year old the grilled chicken and cheesy pasta. The chicken was raw. Before I noticed it he ate a few bites. Hoping he doesn't get sick from this. Totoally ridiculous! Also my pasta I ordered was cold. We threw all of what we received in the trash. I will never return there.

Chili's Grill & Bar chicken enchilada soup

We went to gall blvd Zephyrhills location last nite. The server was nice but the soup was disappointing, . All it had was broth and some chicken. The original soup had so much more; pico for one thing. All the copy kat Chili’s recipes have beans, green chilies, tortilla chip strips. If they are copycat recipes then it would seem to me the original recipe had those ingredients.
Why would you cheapen this recipe? If cost is an issue don’t spare the quality go up a little in price. Make your name on quality and taste. Not being the cheapest.

Chili's Grill & Bar hated it everyone was rude

This was the worst experience. We went to six flags and went there to eat. We had a horrible waitress. She never came to check on us never refilled our drinks we asked someone else never brought them. Then we ask to get dipping sauces never brought them we asked 3 times for drinks. The food tasted like butt I'm sorry but it did. Then we get our ticket before ever finishing. Don't go there

Chili's Grill & Bar the new nachos

The nachos are not even close to being worth the $8.99 you are charging. They are a joke and a half. There are like 10 nachos and the toppings are minimal. I am so disappointed in how much of a rip off it is. When there was a full plate of nachos and all the toppings it was a much better deal and it tasted so much better. If I am paying this much money I would like it to be worth it at least.

I took my girlfriend out to eat at Chili's this past weekend we order the two for 20 with the appetizer the Texas house fries the cheese cold not melted they gave us old fries I order the Texas dry rub ribs With the Mexican rice was dry my ribs was crispy and crunchy and my girlfriend ordered the grilled chicken wit onion rings her onion rings hard n dry we talk to manager but he act he didn’t care and he said da food was fresh I know da fries was not fresh dey was old I don’t lik hard ribs or over cook food I would something done this don’t make no sense

Chili's Grill & Bar rude and made daughter cry on birthday

my wife and 5 children(3 are adults) went to seabrook nh chilis for my youngest daughters birthday. she turned 14 and wanted to go to chilis. my adult daughter forgot her id and was told by the server she couldnt drink alcohol, so i asked my daughter to return home and get her id because we all wanted to have a good time together and celebrate the birthday as a family. when my daughter was leaving to go home to get the id, the waitress asked her if she wanted to place her food order before she went home. i thought was very pushy seeing we couldnt even have a appetizer and drink yet. anyway, i told the server that i thought the whole thing was a bit much. i was then lectured on the chili policy about i.d. and if you dont have an i.d. you cant drink alcohol. i then told the server that my adult son drove there because i wanted to have a drink and not drive and i also didnt bring my wallet with i.d. im 58 years old and look every bit of it. the server walked away and came back with the manager saying that i also couldnt drink because i didnt have an i.d. ..well now my 14 year old starts crying as we have to leave because of this intentional harassment. the chilis was empty except for a couple at the bar and it was only 10pm on a saturday night. i now know why it was empty. can you say poor service? so my family left and went across the street to applebees which was full of patrons by the way. while my 14 year old birthday girls teary eyes dried, we sat down and had a drink and tried to enjoy the evening while telling everyone who would listen about the treatment we received at chilis. of course everyone was horified hearing it. so congratulations chilis. not only did you ruin our family night out and a young girls birthday but also a new generation of people who now realize that chilis is a nasty place with nasty staff and policy. my wife and family still wonder why you would deny a drink to a 58 year old man out with his family to celebrate his daughters birthday. as you must realize, we will not be returning to chilis. we will go across the street to applebees from now on where we may bring our adult parents in their 80's who may not have their i.d. but want a drink and enjoy a night out with the family.

Chili's Grill & Bar the service I received from my waitress.

On 9/21/17 me and a friend went to Happy Hour at the Chili's Grill and Bar In Inglewood CA. We seated ourselves in the bar area, It took about 10 mins before the waitress came over to greet us ( the bar as not full/crowded at this time). When she did come over to us there was still dishes from the customers before us on the table. I informed her that we had just sat down there, so she removed the dishes but she didn't wipe off the table which was wet and had crumbs all over it. I had to ask her to clean it off, she said she would get a towel and do so. She left and didn't come back for another 10 mins ( without a towel ), She took our drink orders and I reminded her about cleaning the table which she still didn't do ( she said she would be right back to wipe it ). After leaving and coming back once again without a towel I told her the table needed to be cleaned ( she FINALLY did it). She took our orders and checked in on our table about 15 mins later, I informed her that my drink tasted a bit weird ( her reply "weird how describe it") . She brought me a fresh drink, but neglected to remove the first drink from the check. I also never received the ranch dressing I asked for. This was THE WORST experience I have had at ANY Chili's and I will NOT be returning to this particular one ( which is unfortunate cause I've been going there for years). The lack of customer service was ridiculous due to the fact that it's a MAJOR part of her job. I almost forgot to mention that my portion of the bill was $12.08 ( we got separate checks) I gave her a twenty and she gave me change of $7.00 ( keeping my .92 cent). I would like a full refund including the change that I never got, and for the waitress to be re-trained ( no paying customer should have to deal with this behavior again). The name of this waitress is Shirdale at store #1094, I was Guest 1 ( 20056 not sure what this # is but it's on the upper right corner of the receipt) at table 73/2 at 6:53 pm Address 3490 W. Century Blvd Inglewood CA 90303 .

Chili's Grill & Bar mango chicken with broccoli

Hi
I came to chilies, Bensalem, PA for dinner with my family and ordered mango chicken. The broccoli I got wasn't fresh, it was black and has a bug. I took picture of bug and called manager. Manager said he is not sure about what is it. His reaction was like it's normal thing to have bugs in food. I would appreciate if you take action. I can show photos too. This chilies is located at street road, Bensalem, PA and I was at there around 10PM.
I would appreciate any action taken regarding this.

Just I want to inform you about the Chillis branch in Bahrain city center mall and Jufair area, the quality of food is so bad salads and sandwiches, size of the portion is so different than before and the test also is so bad the price everything is totally changed here in Chillis Bahrain, I have the pictures of the food how bad was the service

Chili's Grill & Bar you could tell the food was left over from lunch

Ordered the new chicken crispers salad the chicken was cold and tough. The salad itself was limp, ordered the queso had a scoop of guacamole on top; the queso was so hard you couldn't eat it and the guacamole was Brown. I worked for Norman Brinker in the early 70s at Steak and Ale Restaurant. I was one of the first secretaries if not the first secretary for the company at a single restaurant. Steak and Ale Restaurant off Interstate 45 Houston Texas. Norman Brinker was an unbelievable businessman. I believe if he were here today there would be one of the biggest turnovers in restaurant history. The restaurant is located in Murrieta California. I was totally embarrassed for my client her lunch was horrible also. I didn't complain we will just never be back thank you Brenda Carter

Chili's Grill & Bar manager refuses to honor teacher discount posted in their restaurant

We visited Chili’s in Normal, Illinois this evening, September 20, 2017. It was a real splurge for us. We used to come to Chill’s almost weekly. Unfortunately my husband’s job was outsourced 5 ½ years ago and he hasn’t been able to secure full-time employment. We haven’t been to Chili’s in probably a year. We decided to treat ourselves this evening. I was delighted when I saw the sign at the hostess desk that teachers receive a 20% discount for the entire month of September. Perfect! I’m a teacher.

We were seated at a booth where the table wobbled severely. We talked to the waiter about it and he tried to make it better moving it around and then crawling underneath at our feet trying to put napkins under the feet of the table. Kind of crazy! He was positioned under the table when a manager came by and said they would just seat us elsewhere.

In our new seats, we began our order. We were going with the 2/$22 dinners. I inquired about the 20% teacher discount and asked if I could use my activity pass I had on me or if I’d need to retrieve my school badge from my car. The waiter said I would need my badge and he’d give it to the manager to apply the discount. Then he said, “You know what? The manager actually decided not to give the teacher discount with the 2/$22 meals. You’ll have to pick one or the other.” I asked if he was joking?

Then I said I’d like to speak with the manager. The manager came to the table and said that we would have to choose between promos. The 2/$22 is considered a promo and so is the teacher discount and said we couldn’t take advantage of 2 promos. I pointed out that the 2/$22 is on their menu every day and I didn’t think that was right. He said that is the way it is and we got up and left with him standing at our table.

I looked at the menu and there isn’t any word of restrictions on the 2/$22 section, like no other discounts can be applied or anything of that like. I took a picture of the teacher discount sign displayed at the hostess desk. Again no list of restrictions. In fact, no restrictions at all. It certainly seemed from what the waiter said that the decision not to honor the discount was kind of off the cuff. It really didn’t make sense for the manager to turn away our business and lose us as customers for the sake of denying a teacher a $4 discount on two meals. Wow! You must not be very interested in valuing customers at this restaurant!

It would be nice if Chili's provided some free meals for our treatment and the uncaring attitude that we encountered.

Chili's Grill & Bar location - yokata air base japan

On September 18th the Yokota’s Chilis manager called Military Security Forces on a member of our dinner group because of a mistake the waitress made inputting an order. There were 6 of us meeting for dinner from the 730th Key spouse group. After we'd placed our orders with our server we waited at least 35-40 minutes to receive our food. Our orders were finally brought out staggered over about 5 minute period. The order for one of our party was incorrect. She had ordered an all chicken fajita ($22), with an additional meal to take home to her daughter. A male server brought out an all steak plate ($32). The incorrect fajita order was sent back. When server came to check on the our table we told her that she didn’t want to wait another 35 minutes for food and that should could just eat the steak instead of them throwing it out. The steak fajita meal was returned to the table.

After eating our meals and the bills come; customer was charged for the steak fajitas. She tells the waitress she ordered chicken and would like the bill to be corrected. The server leaves the table with the bill. The manager, eventually comes to our table. Once again it's explained there was a mistake in her order and she would like to pay for what she ordered. Manager bluntly asked “did you consume the beef?” She asks this question several times during our conversation. She was unfriendly, leaning in to be intimidating and never offered to correct the mistake. She went on to say she couldn’t change the order because it would affect her inventory. She flatly walked away from the table, with no resolution.
We again requested the bill be corrected again to our server. And again they refuse to correct the bill. We asked for Manager's supervisor to be called but instead she calls Security Police. This is absolutely ridiculous and bizarre. Why a customer is treated this way for a waitress’s mistake?
While this did not happen to me, I was sitting at this table scratching my head in confusion. I don’t understand why the manager could not correct the problem. There was no alcohol involved or rude words spoken. Each one of us tried to reason with Manager . She was not pleasant, accusatory and offered excuses about inventory and being short staffed. I feel she wasn’t capable of dealing with the situation professionally. It’s hard not to feel frustrated at this sort of event. It feels like an unnecessary injustice.

5 Security Police arrived including a military working dog. Security Police would have no way to resolve this issue. They seemed to understand our side but of course they had no influence on changing Manager Michelle’s decision. At their suggestion customer paid the $10 difference for the meal.

I can’t see myself wanting to go to Chili’s anytime or taking any of my groups there. It was uncomfortable and the manager was mean. She embarrassed employees. Several of whom apologized for her actions. Ironically, one day earlier I was talking to my daughter about the service at Chili’s; that is was always good, consistent and a reflection of their standards of training. (My daughter is also a server at Chili’s) I hope this doesn’t happen again to another customer and I hope that one day I might want to go back. We don't have a lot of American food choices here in Japan, I'm sad I just lost one.

Chili's Grill & Bar service overall visit

Went to the chili's in congress ave, palm spring, FL Near my house a couple of nights ago and they run out of food which is understandable since it was after the hurricane just past. So I went there again today their power went off I sat waiting at least ten minutes ok no problem. After that I was sitting at the bar the bartender said he can take my order. I tell me I want the 2 for $22 with the pasta instead of chicken I want to substitute it for shrimp, which I always do it's always a dollar more up charge. He tells me he doesn't know how to do that and he doesn't think he can . I explain there is a way cuz they always do it. He says he gonna ask a manager and the manager says no. Which is a lie. At this point I'm annnoyed because of the time I wasted on both trips to this chili's. And the fact that the manager didn't seem to care enough to try and work something out. So I left and at this point I don't think I'll ever go back because I feel like they didn't even care.

Chili's Grill & Bar management service

I went to chili's with a friend and ordered the Cajun pasta, when I received it the pasta was undercooked, the shrimp were over cooked and the portion was not acceptable. I asked for the manager and she told me to order one thing else, so I ordered some chicken crisper and asked for the sauce on the side. When it came it had the sauce on it and she asked if that was okay. It wasn't okay but my friend was already done with her meal by the time she came back so I just took it. Then when it was time for us to pay, me and my friend trumped to use our coupon for he free cookie. She rudely told us no and I asked to speak to her store manager and she told me to come back tomorrow morning. She was very rude and she was a manager of the store.
