to Whom this may concern My Complaint, is about a visit I had I went to Chili's to celebrate my 47th Anniversary, to begin my husband and I ordered dinner He ordered the steak dinner which took over 30 minutes he never got his steak only the sides and he was so mad because he did not get to eat dinner which was so disappointing I never experienced anything like that, we could have went to any other Restaurants to have dinner but we choose Chili's and then they had the nerves to charge me for 2 steak dinner I had the chicken crispers even though they took it off he did not have dinner.
Desired outcome: I would like a Gift Certificate for the inconvenience
