Yesterday morning as the store was opening.
We went in and bought a pair of shoes.
As we was leaving the store through the
check-out. The lady gathered our bag to hand
it to us. When I reached for the bag, I accidentally touched the lady. I was so offended by her actions of wiping it off right
there. I know with COVID and stuff, people
need to be careful. But there is sense of
common decency.

I was shopping in Tj Maxx my favorite store. There was a very nice associate working very hard to accomplish a task asked of her by her boss. Customers kept stopping her asking for help as she was stocking as she was told. She was helping this older woman find a shirt. It took a few minutes bc she was elderly. Later I was in another section of the store. Her manager was asking her why it took her so long to get to another task. She said I was helping a customer. She basically told her not to. To tell customers that she is walking the floor and to find an associate with a name tag. I'm sorry but what that employee did for the elderly lady was awesome. She was kind and very patient to help her. It was very disappointing for me to hear her get told not to help customers.in this day and time where everyone is against each other it was nice to see such kindness. The manager needs to learn that it's not just about organizing the store and stocking to sell product it's about kindness and helping others. The manager also was bashing a customer that had called on the phone asking if they had seen something she had misplaced. Very unprofessional.

Was purchasing a couple shirts, to begin with the lady at the register was buying rude bc I was trying to return a shirt that had a bunch of picks on the front! This made her seriously angry for whatever reason. I was trying to exchange it and she rang me
Up wrong bc there was two tags on the new shirt I was exchanging for. I had already paid before she even noticed. She forced me to do my return. By this point I was over it. I’ll never be back.
