So my friend and I went in to browse the clothing, we walked in around 6:50pm. We gathered some clothing in our carts and went to try them on at the fitting room. Now the store closes at 8pm, we walked to the fitting room about 7:20. I have 13 tops and my friend had 7. As we approached the fitting room we were met with and older women, who was sweeping. When she saw us at the fitting room entrance, she sighed loudly at our presence and rolled her eyes. She then stated “I was trying to have the fitting room swept by 7:30!” Taken about by this rude comment, I said “ok? So is it closed?” She sighed loudly again, rolled her eyes a second time and said “no” so I asked if we could try our clothing on and was met with an aggressive “well, how fast can you change?” I told her we only had tops
She stated “your max is 10. You better hurry up” so I grabbed my 10 tops, put three back since I had a total of 13. My friend was nervous to even talk this this women due to her aggressive behavior. We finished at 7:36pm.
At this point another customer, gentleman, asked if his daughter could try on a single t shirt and she told him no. He asked again saying “it’s just one shirt for my daughter” she might have been 12-13 I’m not sure. The employee raised her voice and kept telling him different variations of no. Gave him a dirty look and walked away from the customer.
I understand wanting to close on time, but I I believe her actions were disrespectful and uncalled for. Very rude. My friend and I were half tempted to not buy anything and to just leave.
