Went in last week hoping they'd help me defer a couple payments due to medical situation. After they made me feel like I was a horrible person to even ask such a thing, I left and was so upset I literally had to pull over cause I couldn't even drive. Two days later they sent a 78.00 payment for insurance even though I had just shown them my insurance card two days earlier, which caused an overdraft on my checking account. They returned the 78.00, but won't pay for the overdraft fee. I am hopping mad and want my money! This is the store in Springdale Arkansas (Rogers, arkansas is what my bank statement says) I've had nothing but problems with this place since I bought my truck and wont even take it to them to get my oil changed for free cause they are so horrible to deal with.
