The owners had a manager that knew everything about huddle house and how the store was supposed to be ran. She was asked to step down as manager and they brought in someone with zero experience BC they could pay her less. On the second day the new manager assaulted the former manager BC she would get back out front and do the managers job. Then the owners fired the former manager and allowed the new manager to keep her job. And the new manager dies nit keep the place clean at all.
Desired outcome: They find someone that cares about the store and knows what they r doing.
Huddle House - customer service
I can't provide a specific date due to every time I call to place an order, they never answer the phone. I have witnessed the waitresses turning the phone volume down so they don't have to hear the ringing. I go up to huddle house and ask for their phone number and I am given the same one i've been calling to no avail. This is very frustrating when you just want to place an order and pickup. I think it's ridiculous! I can't complain on any certain employee because the turnover rate is fast. I guess the new employees are instructed to either turn down the volume or mute it altogether. Either way, they won't continue to get my business. Something needs to be done about this!
