Ford - fraud

I purchased a vehicle last month and and thought we had a fine deal with a zero percent intrest loan only to find out that they had put me in, what they call, a Flex Buy loan. This was hidden to me buy the finance manager and I had no idea about it until I recieved a letter from Ford informing me of this. After 36 months. my payment would rise from $411.56 (what I was told the payments would be) up to $474.51 for the next 29 months, with a final payment of $474.36...costing me $2299.91 over and above what I was told to expect to pay. As any trusting consumer would, I signed the document that had that fruad hidden in the small print. Please let me know what I can do to fight this.

My bad for for thing an American company was honest...I guess this is to be expected with Obama in office...hopefully next time we'll have honest leadership insteas of shisters.

What are you scooter, some ambulance chasing injury lawyer. I was lied to and told it was a standard contract. They were caught and I went through the correct chanels to fixed the problem...the finance manager and agent were fired...I was right they were wrong. This sight is for consumers to get help, not for sleazy lawyers to call us ignorant.

Well...this ignorant trusting soul is happy to share a happy ending...the dealer wanted to keep my business, and bought the loan back from Ford and re-wrote the loan to what was originally agreed upon.

So, a salesman, a sales manager, and a finance manager all mislead me to believe that my payments will be one number and they hide in fine print the bait and switch I have no recourse? Well, then I am sickened by the legal community and how America has gone from a society built on trust into one based on deceit.

Thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle? I highly recommend staying away from Ford. I recently shipped my 2003 Ford Explorer as part of a government move (I am an active duty member of the United States military). When my Ford arrived at my destination and was started, the engine literally blew up. My Ford was towed to a nearby Ford dealer where it was determined that the issue was mechanical failure of the engine. Assuming something had occurred during shipping, I was surprised when the mechanic told me that sometimes the plastic pieces inside the engine cassette come loose, causing the timing chain to slip, and the valve cover to blow off. I was also surprised to hear there is plastic in the engine¦ Anyway, my Ford Explorer was a total loss. Attempts to get assistance from Ford Motor Company were fruitless.

To those of you who have had good luck with Ford products, I truly hope your good luck continues. To those of you in the market for a new or used vehicle, I strongly urge you to stay away from Ford products. I purchased my Ford Explorer brand new back in 2003 and was hoping to drive it for many years to come. I will personally never purchase another Ford product.

You really didn't win. They did. You bought a $21k car for $30k and you probably still had a trade involved in there. Yeah buddy, you are the winner. LOL.

You let yourself become a victim. So instead of accepting responsibility for your own ignorance you make your blame game public. So instead of taking the morally high route and asking for a refund, you went ahead and still did business with them. This wasn't about warning anyone, this was all about seeking a fix to your own problem.

Next time you do business with someone, find out every little detail about the transaction and then read every word of a contract. Hopefully you will learn the one to take care of themselves, is well, themselves. What did you really accomplish except self-serving goals. That is the problem, not the government, it is people like you who feel entitled to be taken care of instead of taking care of your own problem.

You were screwed and you didn't want some societal justice, you wanted your personal issue with becoming a victim to be fixed by other people. Sad.

You should have read the document very carefully. You are going to have a tough time if you signed something that agreed to this arrangement. It doesn't sound like it was hidden, it sounds like you failed to read every word of a contract you signed. They win.
