Aspen Dental

Hi l want to file a complaint about Aspen dental in Goodyear AZ. l took my husband to Aspen dental at 15530 w Roosevelt st ste 106 to get dentures on11/30/22 l prepaid $ 2834.20 He first had to get he teeth extracted there was a problem getting the Dr approval the Dr. was not getting the paper they change the appointment a couple of times my husband passed away on 2/24/23 l called Aspen dental and told them they told me they would refund my money it would take 30-45 days after that time had not recived anything l call and went in was told they didn't have it it would come from corporate l called about a week later and was told by the office that she had voided our contract when l asked where our money was she said she didn't have it she had voided our contract could someone please let my know l will be moveing soon and would like to know what l need to do to get my money back the account was under Howard Reed Teresa Reed [protected] or at [protected]@gmail.com p.s. receipt one says 11/30/22 and printed one has 11/28/22 on it
