Store number 1101536 order number 212643! While going in and placing our carryout order we felt very discriminated towards or judged or racially profiled towards from the person who took our order and who seemed to be running the floor and drive thru etc at the time! It happened at 3:16 pm on a Monday, we were only people in line at the time but a few people in drive thru, we had ordered a shake with our meal and a slice of cheesecake. We stood up front for our order til done, then when our food was complete he called us up by saying western burgers and then walked away. We stood there for a few minutes after he handed the bag to us, then had to speak up and mention our shake and pie piece, he handed us the pie piece after he got drive thru a drink which was wrong, and then left us standing there to wait til he went over to drive thru and corrected that guys drink and then went over cleared his screen, let some people in the bathroom and got another guy some ketchup and then finally went over and made my shake, which we had to also ask for ketchup not even offered to us, which this all happened 15 minutes after we initially ordered our food! He didn't smile, he didn't apologize or anything! Very unprofessional and only 2nd time ever there, we will not eat ever again at that location
Claimed loss: Our western meals were cold by the time we got to eat, and cheesecake was very soft!
Desired outcome: We would like our food replaced or a coupon for something at a different location ! Will never go to that one again
