This is the 3rd time that this has happened!
On 10/30/2024 at 1:14:34 pm I ordered a single Famous Cheeseburger, minus special sauce, plus 1 slice of swiss cheese and 1 medium beverage to be picked up by me asap. I went and picked it up and got home and took a bite out of it and I knew right away that it wasn't right! So I inspected the sandwich and found that there wasn't any yellow cheese on the sandwich AGAIN and this sandwich would normally have on it when you order it and on top of that the edit to the sandwich which I made. But "NO WHERE" does it say to eliminate the the yellow cheese (cheddar cheese) in the order! But that's exactly what happened! No yellow cheese at all on the burger! I had to add the yellow cheese myself to make the burger the way I wanted it to be! I think you should fire the cook that's making these errors! I didn't want to take the time to go back there and get the order corrected so I did it myself at home and saved time and valuable gas! This should not be happening to me so many times! Apparently the cook doesn't understand how to make the CORRECT burger I am ordering!
Desired outcome: Fire that stupid cook and give me another $10 voucher for another burger for the next time I order from you guys and call them up and see what's going on over there and this should not be happening so many times!
