It was Saturday at 3:41 p.m. the store #1101506 which is in Tucson, AZ on Grant and the freeway completely messed up my order. I ordered 4 of their chicken sandwiches, 2 with tomatoes and onions and french fries which were never even included on the order. However when I received them they were all the same just plain. I tried calling the store because by the time I made it all the way home and realized my order was wrong, I was to tired to go all the way back. So, after calling them for around an hour and they never answered I let it go for the evening, but ultimately wanted my correct order so I tried calling back all day today and they still didn't answer the phone. So, I finally went to the store and mind you, I feel that location is prejudice anyways because I have seen all of the workers treat their African American customers like crap and their Mexican customers with the utmost respect. So, I called them while I was in the store to show them that they did not answer and their only response to me was that I had to come on here and fill out a complaint. I have personally been in the store and seen them replace orders before. All I was requesting was to receive my correct order and be done, nothing more nothing less. The staff pretty much looked at me like I was crazy and kept doing whatever it was they were doing. At this point, I was upset so I just left the store.
Desired outcome: I just wanted my order corrected and replaced
