This happened on 08/19/23
We just noticed there’s something in his drink, while we’re on the free way already. So it was hard to make a turn around drive, cause we need to get home due to bad weather that day.
So I took pictures and a video for evidence.
This is very sad, we threw away the drinks, cause we don’t wanna take risk of drinking it.
Desired outcome: I was expecting a better service and a outstanding experience of serving customers. I am a Carl’s Jr fan but it was a surprise to have this happened to our order.
