I purchased a monogram belt for my husband in 2021 which cost over $600. The condition of this belt after such a short period of time is horrific and should be noted that a $25 belt would not be this bad after only 2 years. I took this belt to the louis vuitton store after chatting with customer service (they indicated that I should just bring it into the scottsdale arizona store) I spoke very briefly with jose who told me, oh this type of wear on a monogram belt is normal and they will not make repairs or really care about the complaint of the customer. He basically told me that if the person wears the belt then this is how it is designed to look after such a short time and louis vuitton just shrugs and tosses the complaint of the customer to the side. I am appalled that louis vuitton does this to its clients and really do not care at all. Over $600 on an item that is supposed to be 'worn' and after 2 years it looks like a piece of junk. Please make this stop
