Cancelled in Jan with written notice due to prices increasing monthly, WM was unable to meet a competitors price and did send over a counter offer which I denied as it was still high and I have every believe that the cost would go up monthly as it had for 3 years.
paid last bill.
Today I get an email for a bill due for $341.99.
Cart removal fee of $215 and all the other fees (fuel, environmental Charges and such) are all 4 times the previous “bill” that I never received notice of for February. And are still 4 times higher than the bill I did receive and pay in Jan.
I only saw that there was a Feb bill there because of the email for this march bill.
For feb they had all the normal charges and then cancelled them out with the same numbers in negative so the “bill” was for $0.
According to the payment terms at the bottom of the invoice when viewing in the app the removal fee is to be “UP TO $75 plus fees”
Desired outcome: Cart removal fee of $75 as stated in your payment terms.Fuel/environmental and separate environmental charges to be in line with the previous billing patterns and not 4 times higher.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
