I have been trying to connect to their billing department for over an hour now. First call after waiting on hold for over 15 minutes I got hung up on. Called back and I got routed to the wrong State so they "transferred" me but it caused me to get disconnected. Called back and did the "callback" option - when they called me back I was placed back on hold again for over 15 minutes so I just hung up again and called back. This last time I was on hold over 30 minutes so I just admitted defeat and hung up. Truly HATE they are our only option at our new home. They are TERRIBLE!
They hold a monopoly which gives them the classic corporate indifference – the absence of concern. If they are the only option available, set up autopay so as to cut down interactions. However, ensure to log all problems. Dispute any unfair charges with your bank and bring the matter to your relevant authorities. Failing which, make peace with an endless loop of hold music and exasperation.
