I want to complain about your employees at your Tempe store. I made an order and the store kept calling me multiple times about the same question. I was told my complete order will be shipped, then I get a phone call that I will have to pick up my partial order. I tried to call the store to check if I still have to come and get the product. I could not get a hold of anyone. I went to the store and was told, it will come in delivery. So I had to go home. At the store your employees were rude and so was the manager on Saturday (7/10).
They did not care that I had to go to the store and it was a wasted trip. When the delivery came the delivery people refused to pick up my old furniture even though I had it straight before I even did my order that the old furniture would be taken. I canceled my order and when I canceled my order the person was rude. Nobody wanted to work out any issues to keep my business.
The corporate office should be aware of employees that do not assist the customer.
I will never come to your store and will put a negative review. If I do not get satisfaction from your company I will put a claim in at the BBB.
