When we got the car, we asked " can we drop it off at a different airport "? The rep said yes for a 10 dollar charge. So, I dropped the car off at a different airport and flew out . I get a call I need to pay 1600 or come back and get the car and take it somewhere else. I fly back get the car and drop it off at an approved airport . Then I get the same damn call five days later . I take it to the airport customer service tells me too then fly out . I get the call I have too come in and give the paperwork or it will be tagged stolen . Fly back take the stupid car in and assured it's taken care of . 4 days later I am billed 1440 ! And when I call to complain I am told " our rep should not have told you that it's your problem ". Ya first and last time I will ever use hertz ! I will add I travel Alot and I always use rental cars . About 4 to 5 a month this is the first time I have ever had an issue . And again the first time I have used Hertz ! Run do not walk from these crooks !
