I used the drive-through and paid $9 cash. When the employee handed my order to me, I asked him for my receipt and the change due. He turned and blocked my view of what he was doing. It took several minutes for him to produce a receipt - as though he was just then ringing it up. The receipt had a different timestamp than when I arrived, and it has a woman employee's name on it. I don't believe my food was made to order, it was of poor quality and I believe that had I not requested a receipt, no transaction would have been entered into the register.
Desired outcome: I want a refund
If you use the drive-through and pay with cash GET A RECEIPT. The employees are pocketing the money. Then they hand you food that is old and sited to get tossed out!
