United States Postal Service [USPS] - Shipping/delivery - package gone.

As many have already stated, the facility in Bell Gardens is a huge problem. My package got there on APRIL 27th 2024, and I still have not received it, nor has it moved. Yet I am told it is “in the system with usps.” I am positive that it has been stolen due to its contents being labeled on the package (because it came from another country to the US.) No...

United States Postal Service [USPS] - bullying and harassment

My immediate supervisor, Felix Sapien, has for the last 3-4 months continued to bully and harass me regarding my attendance. I know how important it is to show up for work and be gainfully employed. For the last 3-4 months I have been very ill off and on. I am currently going through a divorce that has been very stressful, and it has really taken a toll on me mentally and physically. I no longer have health insurance, and I cannot afford to pay cash to see a doctor all the time. I have supplied my supervisor with ample substantiation which for whatever reason he has chosen to disapprove or sometimes approve. He has, at this point, brought me into two investigative interviews which has seemed more like a scare tactic and a way for him to build a case to fire me. He has already received any and all explanations for my absences before the interviews anyway. I have explained to him everything that is going on, but he continues to harass me by way of these investigative interviews. At the end of these interviews, he is asked by my union representative if there is any disciplinary action going to be taken and all he says is "this is just fact finding". Again, all facts and explanations have been given to him prior to either interview. So, what is the purpose?! I have also gone above him and his immediate manager about this situation, and she assured me she would speak with him and his manager. I just recently interviewed and was hired for another post office position in Orange, and Mr. Sapien has impeded on that and they have informed me I am no longer eligible for the position due to my performance evaluation...this has
NOTHING to do with how I perform my job. He cannot complain about how well I do my job. This is simply him making a worse situation even worse. He has successfully, it would seem, stifled me from doing better for myself and my family. Not for nothing, I was doing my best to get from under this bullying! I need my job, but life happens and no one ever knows how they will react to events in their life. I am dealing with all of my life events as best as I can, but it is difficult. Mr Sapien is messing with my livelihood, and he should, as any GOOD supervisor would do, take in account what is going on in their employees lives. I would like this matter to be rectified by Mr. Sapien ASAP...written notification to the post office that hired me explaining the extenuating circumstances. I have filed a grievance with my union in regards to this matter as well.

United States Postal Service [USPS] - item missing - not delivered

Mailed item from Los Angeles to Virginia with USPS Tracking. Tracking shows the item arriving at USPS in Bell Gardens, CA 90201 - sort facility but never leaving. Assumption - USPS employee stole my package. Day after day I am promised a phone call from a detective but never receive one. All they do is stall and won't lift a finger.
