This person was very rude, I tried to order a burger I told here it was the 2.99 special. She insisted there was no deal like that only two famous stars for 8.00. I said it the 2.99 special she refused to acknowledge what I was saying. She would even let me speak she was very very unprofessional and I am surprised she is a manager to quite honest. She does not show the values that your restaurant line should be having. I need someone to contact me [protected]. Names Carlos. Need to know you have received this and you will be doing something to correct it.

On 9/19/20 I visited store # 1100508 ordered 2 1/3 bgr "no onion" with a md sprite. When I got home a realize that they put onions. I called - no answer kept calling until fallowing day with the same result. I drove there today 09/21/20 around 5:45pm receipt in hand requested my order to be re-done. The employee name alma. Wasted 30 minutes of my time told. 1- maybe you just eat your burgers and thats why youre here two days later smh!. 2. Told me come back and speak to a manager. 3. Nothing that I can do for you. 4. Giving me the worst attitude making fun of me said that maybe I eat the food. 5. She denied she was the shift lead.
Her attitude was unacceptable this lady literally close her drive thru window in my face! And refuse to continue to give me service! When she realize I was calling another carls jr location to get the district manager # she came back gave my replacement order. Wasted 30 minutes of my time! She denied been the person in charge! Initially refused to exchange order to a client who had receipt in hand! Was disrespectful, unprofessional, arrogant and vile this is unacceptable!
Did I mention she also said at the "the client not always right"... Yup thats a fast food worker for yall. Smh. Nobody has contacted me yet. You guys literately do not care about customers. Alfred [protected]
