On Monday 01/05/2020 I went in to close my safe deposit box. I was told I did not have one by Robert Sommer the Relationship Manager. The Loan Officer came in the office and agreed, no box. Gordon the Manager came in and he knows I have a Box. I was told I had not been in recently since you changed to a computer sign in. Wrong. I knew I had signed on paper. This was at Noon. I left asking that they call me back when they figure it out. No call. I was worried so I went back to Robert Sommer at 4:30. They had found my paper sign in in 2016. The box is listed as available on a computer printout. No one at this branch can authorize me entering my Box. Apparently some one in upper management must authorize and they are all at a convention. It is now Thursday and I want to close my box, checking and savings accounts and cancel my credit card and BE DONE WITH BOA FOREVER!
