View all 250 complaintsChevrolet - Selling a car that was previously crashed but did not inform me about it
Was sold a car in August of 2017. I didn't find out until recently that in July of 2017 the dealer lent the car to someone who crashed it. Now some dealer offered me only $8, 000 but said I could've received $9500 but due to the accident, it lost value. The general manager there at Penske never called me back. They give me the run around and I'm very upset because I found out this is illegal to sell a car to someone and not inform them it was crashed.
