I bought my car in 2019 from Missouri Valley, IA. Originally my car started to have minor issues such as the weather stips on the top coming off and flying off my car while driving (on both sides of the car) this was probably in 2020 that that first started. Then it was just simply the license light coming loose and hanging out of socket about a year later. Within the last 2 years though, my car has had 3 different issues with the water pump and at least 2 issues with the turbo. I had the water pump replaced at the Chevy Dealer in Blair NE when I noticed that my car was leaking fluid rapidly and overheating. That was covered under warranty and I got that all sorted out. I believe that that happened in the summer of 2023. Then at the beginning of 2024 the water pump started leaking again. That and the turbo were replaced under warranty. Along with that the battery had to be replaced. With all those issues happening at one time I had no car for a full month. It took the dealership weeks to get the parts, leaving me with no transportation because I am only 20 and cannot rent a car. Now this car is out of warranty and most recently my AC stopped working in the middle of August. My car then started smoking from under the hood. I had the condenser and compressor replaced by another mechanic but the thing is is my water pump is leaking for a third time along with the turbo needing replaced again. My AC is still not working even after the replacement of those parts because there is also an undiagnosed issue that has yet to be found. I don't think that my car should have this many problems in such a short amount of time. There is no reason as to why these issues should be happening one after another. I do not overdrive this car, my brakes are still the original brakes that I bought with the car and I stay up to date with care on my car. There is no reason why my water pump should need replaced for a 3rd time in a matter of two years. Along with the fact that I have had to replace so many different parts in my car in just a matter of 4 years of having it and it only having 67,000 miles. I truly believe that there is either poor service being done on my car or faulty parts being installed because there is no reason why I should have my water pump replaced 3 times in 2 years. Along with replacing the turbo 2 times in 2 years.
Claimed loss: 2 months of service done in total on this car, dangerous conditions when my weather strips came flying off my car
Desired outcome: I would either like these problems fixed for free or a refund or a decent trade-in value for the car would also be acceptable.

It's incredibly frustrating to deal with so many ongoing issues with your Chevrolet, especially considering the relatively low mileage and consistent maintenance you've provided. The repeated problems with the water pump, turbo, and now the AC are definitely concerning, and it's understandable why you'd feel like something is wrong, whether it's with the service or the parts being used. Having to replace the same components multiple times, like the water pump and turbo, is not something you should expect with a car that’s only a few years old and hasn’t been overdriven.
It's disappointing that even after the warranty repairs, you’re still facing the same issues, and now that the car is out of warranty, these costly repairs are adding even more stress. It might be worth having another dealership or mechanic take a thorough look to assess if faulty parts were installed or if there’s an underlying issue causing these repeated failures.
Given the pattern of repairs, you may also want to escalate this with Chevrolet's customer service or corporate office to seek additional support or a goodwill gesture. A car should not have this many issues in such a short time, and Chevrolet should be made aware of the situation, especially since it affects their brand's reliability.
