replace my car or return my money!
I own a Corvette and Captiva (as i was impressed by the service and products Chevrolet offer) and recently bought a Camaro approx 6 weeks ago, but this time i have been extremely disappointed and i want my vehicle to be replaced with a new one or return my money so i can go to another dealer and buy a different car.
Problems i have occurred,
After a few days of buying the car i could feel vibration with the vehicle when travelling at 100km/h i complaint to the sales person i bought the car and was informed this should go away after approx 1000km and is normal, but it didn’t go away, also the voice recognition was not recognising the digit '2' and this causes a lot of problem as i cannot call any number using the Bluetooth which contains the number 2, but i decided to complain this when i take it in for the first service at 5, 000km. However Approx 2 weeks ago i was prompted with an error on display showing ''engine power reduced'' following which i drove it to the showroom and advised on all the problems i was experiencing with my brand new car, following which i was informed to leave the car and i will be contacted asap i was not expecting to have this problem with a new car but ignored it as my tolerance level with Chevrolet was quite high. 2 days after i was informed vehicle is available for pickup so i went to pick it up, started the car and the display showed the same sign 'engine power reduced'' the car was taken back inside. At this point i complaint over the phone to the complaint centre i was advice but till date no one has contacted me for this. Couple days later i was asked to pick the car up, so again i went sat in the car and yet again the sign prompt 'engine power reduced''! against the car was taken back and 3 days later i was informed car is ready for pickup problem fixed this time i did not go to the workshop and requested to deliver the car home, upon returning from work i started the car and found no error but noticed it has been driven approx 400km! And an empty tank (it was provided with a full tank); i fail to understand what sort of testing requires that much kilometres to be put on my new car. However the following morning when i started the car the sign prompted again! 'Engine power reduced' i then called the workshop asked them to pick up the car and provide me replacement vehicle! After negotiating i was provided a Malibu, few days later i was informed the problem has been identified and it’s a sensor that is faulty however replacement sensor is not available and they would order it from the USA which will take approx a week! Car was kept with the workshop for this duration upon arrival of the sensor it was fixed and i was informed car is available for pickup and the vibration is caused by tyre pressure not reducing so Chevrolet will replace 2 tyres but these are not in stock and could take up to 10-15 days so was advised to pick up the car now and bring it back again once tyres are available, so i went to pick up the car again! A deposit of 2, 000 dirham’s was taken from me when the Malibu was provided i asked to return that to my card but was informed this will only happen after 3 weeks as we need to deduct any fines and Salik! Fines i understand but Salik, i don’t recall charging Chevrolet Salik for when they were test driving my car all around Dubai! and 3 weeks! Anyways i decided to take the car home, once i reached home i saw there was a scratch on the rear bumper! I now took the car to the showroom where it was purchased from Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai to replace the car or return as last thing i want i now the car to be re-painted! The team leader there said he had no authority on this and directed me to you whom i spoke to yesterday and explained the problem and i am waiting for a feedback.
As per our conversation today the same sign of ‘engine power reduced’’ showed up on the display last night i immediately called the workshop and requested them to pick the car up asap, till now i have not heard anything back, till now i have been informed that there is nothing mechanical worng with the car and its only the sensor that is playing up but the fact that this sign has came up again last night makes me wonder if there is a problem with the engine! Clearly Chevrolet has no clue to what is wrong with the car, last night i started the car with the remote and then the engine power was cut off by itself, this worries me because what if it happened while i was driving, this could have caused an accident there is clearly something wrong and i want the car to be replaced TODAY also note i bought this car to be driven around and not to sit in your workshop, my patience have really reached their limits and i need a replacement car today! Or my money back so i can go somewhere else. I know i won’t be coming back to Chevrolet or advising others to buy a car from Chevrolet after this experience.

I also sent it then i received a massage and email that their diplomat officer Eric Johnson was arriving INDIA with my prize and documents of a car for me. They also sent me ID proof of Eric Johnson, photo copy of my certificate what I won and a photo copy of a parcel what I should receive. these are attached. Two web sites also attached with this mail. To day I received a call from Eric Johnson. He told me to deposit Rs.24850/- to their account for International Monetary Funds regulatory policy (IMF). I was disagreed and did not deposit. But now I am thinking about my Id proof what I gave them.

I left my 2 cars more than one year ago for service and I returned with one of my cars because the check engine light was on.
I went back next day and the service agent was not there, I spoke with another agent and he was on defensive mode, he was worried to talk and never to listen. I came back next day to talk with the original service agent and left my car.
Finally I got my car after 3 weeks, leaving/picking the car 3 times because the same issue.
The worst happened this month when I left my car to fix an A/C issue, A/C stop working after some time, they charged a lot of money to change compressor and other stuff. I went for vacation and the A/C stopped working again.
Really bad service, I wont leave any of my cars there and even I wont buy a Chevy car anymore.

This is with reference to my Vehicle HR 51 AJ 8184 Chevorlet Cruze AT which was gone under repair for Code 84 Error of OIL Leakage and Transmission Fuel issue. After GZoing through Mental Trauma for 5 days the car came to me assuring that it has been repaired and there is no issue. I drove the same for 2 days and Left for OUT OF COUNTRY . Yesterday I ran it for 40 Kms and parked.
Today morning when again we started the vehilce it was giving same Code Error 84 which was coming earlier and there was a OIL Leakage also.
I have wasted 6 days of mine on the REPAIR of the same and still the problem persists.
I am doubting the competency of the people handling such a EXPENSIVE CAR.
Need Immed resolution of the same as it is causing me lot of mental torure and my work and time is suffering sue to this.

Subject: Problem in my Chevrolet Cruze HR 51 AJ-8184... Regent Automobiles, Faridabad
I am a Cruze Automatic LTZ-At customer which we have bought in Sept 2010 thru Regent Automobiles Faridabad vehicle no. HR51AJ-8184 and it is under Warranty
It has been regularly serviced by Regent Automobiles
There was an error occured on 18th May 2012 with CODE 84 and CODE 92 and as per them there was memory error in the Air Filter and memory was refreshed the vehicle was there for 4 hours
On 20th May 2012 again in the morning the CODE error 84 came while starting and Oil was leaking below the Engine. Vehicle was again sent to REGENT AUTO, FARIDABAD fro checking
After spending nearly 5 hours it was found that there was ACID LEAK from Battery which has led to damage of the Transmission Fuel Cover. I was tod that it will be replaced and Spare has to be ordered from General Motors India.
On Checking from Spares it was found that the Spare is not there in Delhi NCR and it has to be ordered. I fail to understand how come Company like General Motors not have a spare in Delhi NCR which is the biggest belt for Vehicle Users.
I took the matter to Regent Automobiles General Manager Mr. R. K. Sharma and sought his help as i was told by the advisor that it is going to take 4-5 days fro a Spare to come
I was assured that with some interim arrangement Vehicle will be ready by Sunday 20th May 2012 but it was not done
Today on my third visit in 3 days i found out that the Interim arrangement didn't work and they are awaiting Spares form GM India
On founding the root cause on why there was a leakage in the Battery it was found that during the last service 15 days back the Battery Water was TOPPED UP and it was put more than the Specified Norm and Level which led to overflow of Acid from the Battery.
Such a Negligence is not accepted and due to this a HAPPY CUSTOMER is suffering and mad him an UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
Due to this negligence I am without my VEHICLE fro last 3 days and if the Version of Regent Automobiles is to be believed it will be another 2 days before Spares comes.
I fail to understand this mental pressure put on customer because of no fault of customer and somebody' Negligence
I have asked for a Car Loan to me since morning but got no response.
I herby request to kinldy intervence and need help asap

With reference to above it is reported that, it was like a Mirage, the courtesy and focused attention shown at the time of sales, disappeared immediately, car delivery.Mr.Sandhip who dealt initially never attended our calls and his response to customer's request, in sequel to purchase of car, was highly unsatisfactory.
On the onset of winter, Mr Sandhip was contacted for fixture of Fog Light to have better illumination and make driving safe, I had to drive in wee hours of morning for the work. Even my calls to Mr Sunil Jha did not evoke any response.On the reference given one Mr Bhelel Khan at Service Center or workshop was contacted.It was shocking to know from him that no provision is there for fixing fog light.I may mention here that Mr Sandhip lacks knowledge about vehicle.He apart from not attending requests, had misled customer by giving false assurances.
On 25th May my car was not taking start after 1 week of rest.Mr Belal Khan of workshop helped me by giving necessary phone no at that time.Today(06/06/2013) I took the car for last free service to workshop.The car was thoroughly checked to know the proper cause of battery down as it was only 11month 18 days old while became dead.Machine shows that current is leaking through camera connection by 0.12.I had to take the car to showroom for repairing as the camera was fixed at showroom.Mr Biswajit from showroom first denied about this problem over telephone.He assured me that he would call me back within 10 mins after talking with Mr Khan but didnt bother to call me back.In showroom no proper attention was given for the job and Biswajit was so busy with no work that thrice I asked in vain "pls inform me how much time it will take to check the problem?".Biswajit doesnt know how to talk with a lady and he doesnt deserve the post which he is having.I never saw such type of lier. The mechanic took the car outside the showroom without our permition.He was telling that for checking the leakage he drove the car out.Can you pls tell me how a leakage of a batterry is checked while driving? Before going to the showroom I had to narrte my problem to three of the showroom persons including receptionist over mobile.
It is further stated that at the time of sales process, Sandip promised, I will be provided Home Theater as a gift and confirmation to this effect was given to me vide message to the mobile "Dear Customer, Congratulations! You'vewon a Panasonic Home Theater.You'll receive the Gift within 45 days from delivery of your car T&C Apply from 53030 27/5 14:26".With disgust, it is informed that, am yet to receive the System even after one year.The Promise has been kept as a Promise till date. Am utterly disappointed to the core and felt cheated for having purchased SPARK spending hard earned money.
In view of above i make a request to take suitable action against Mr Sandip, Biswajit, Sunil Jha for his irresponsible attitude as a sales person and dereliction of duties that caused mental agony to the customer.Such staff is certain to bring bad name and spoil reputation of the Dealership as well as Company, if not seriously dealt with.
It is hoped an early remedial action will be taken at your end, enabling to makeup my mind to recommend your Dealership to our relative and friends.

The vehicle was delivered on 24th Evening and subsequently it was sent back to your office on 25th and and delivered to me back on 25th evening and I took the vehicle to Chennai on 26th morning and on the way the brake completely failed and met with an accident and informed your staff on 26th at 13:36pm and i returned back to Trichy on 27th. Subsequently I had to rush to chennai to settle the issue with the other vehicle and went bvack to chennai. I spoke to your staff on 29th 11.46am so that they can take the vehicle and they said that was not possible that day. Then we had discussions overphone on 30/5 at 11:07AM and 16:37Pm.
After settling the issue at chennai I reurned back on 31st night and I reached your office 1/6/2012 with the vehicle so that we will discuss further. I was told to wait for 2 hours and refused to give me an work order or log book copy and asked to leave the car without even acknowledging the receipt. I spoke to your people at sales and they were kind enough to say that they will look into the matter. However no one called till evening . I called them in the evening and I was told that no responsible person is available to decide. I feel I am totally let down by Chevrolet and Jayaraj Karz. I want an immediate answer and my vehicle to be repaired and handed over to me immediately. May be as I wrote in my previous mails that Chevrolet may be in a position to take the vehicle back and refund the money what ever I have paid.
Hope some one will read and resolve the issue.
After buying this vehcle I recomened to three of my firends and they too bought the vehilce and they are already started scolding me .

non — receipt of smart card / blue book
After my complain by email on saturday, 26.5.12, to Chevrolet, gurgaon, about non-receipt of smart card / blue book, from the dealer, Dulichand Motors, , a call was given to me. The car registration department people of dulichand motors, EM BYPASS, Kolkata, asked me to enquire about the delivery of smart card/ blue book from the nearest Post Office.
I also received a call from the Chevrolet, Gurgaon Office, asking do the same thing.
After enquiring about the smart card / blue book from the nearest post office, it was told to me, till Tuesday, 29.5.12, they have not received any smart card / blue book in my name.
My chevrolet beat car no. was fitted on 31.3.12, saturday.
Today, it is 30.5.12, Wednesday, almost two months are over .
Till now, i have not received my smart card .
I have one more car, thats Maruti Suzuki, Wagon R, but from them i didnot get this trouble.
Was this a mistake to buy a car from a renowned company like Chevrolet, thats why so much trouble.
On 10.3.12, the chevrolet beat was delivered by Dulichand Motors, EM BYPASS to me, Ronita Ghosh .
But the problem is that, till now i have not received the smart card /blue book for my car chevrolet beat, (WB 24R 4480).
Many times i called up the dealer, Dulichand Motors, but they didnot respond to my problem.

The doors are terrible, they are so light they do not stay open and they fall in on you right away. Going down a snowy road at 40 mph in a straight line the car started sweerving, with no breaks applied. It takes a very long time for the heat to make the car warm and you have to leave it on defrost at all times otherwise the windows become soild fog on the windows. When driving the Cruze you can feel every gear shift everytime, no matter how fast or slow you are accelerating. The lever to lean back the seats is very high up on the seat and inconvenient, none of my passengers can ever find it.
electrical wiring defect
Our 2005 Chevy AVEO began having problems with lighting; dashlights went out, front right signal light went out, righ rear stoplight went out. All of the fuses/bulbs were OK. Dealer investigated and said the fuse/splice block in the engine compartment had overheated and the wires burnt, and estimated $2800 dollars to repair. They said it would take 3-4 days. It is now 3 weeks later and the car is still not repaired. They first recieved the wrong part, then the part they received was missing components, then the replacement wireloom didn't have all the connectors on it, now awaiting the replacement for the replacement. Meanwhile, the car we had to rent for "3-4 days" is now going into its 4th week$$$$$$$$. My research indicates this electrical splice block problem is a frequent occurrence on AVEO and I believe it was faulty engineering, faulty manufacture, and should have been a recall by GM. I wonder how many AVEOs have burned up? This will be the last GM product I ever buy.

Never ever buy a car from Chevrolet Buick of Quincy in Quincy Florida.. I put down a $500 deposit on a car I found on the internet that was at another dealership this company is part of, for them to have it transported up to me...they checked, car was available so they said they would have it here in a few days..a week later I had not heard from them so I called them.. they said car had been sold out from under me..I said ok I will be there tomorrow to pick up the ck i gave u for deposit..they said ok...I get there the next day and am told they deposited my ck yesterday..which hit me wrong to start with...why deposit ck after deal had fell through..anyway i was told i would have to wait for ck to clear or stop payment on ck to get my money back ..so i waited and waited..after 2 wks i decided to stop payment..then a wk later i get my ck in the mail..it had never been deposited..they lied to me and kept my ck for no reason..deal was over..all they had to do was give me my ck back.. but they chose to fraud and decieve me ..it cost me 25$ for no reason to stop payment on that ck..this is the most dishonest dealership ive ever seen.. filed a complaint with the BBB they lied to them too..said they would give me my money back.. they never have though.. just lied..

While warming up my car to take my 5 year old son to school one chilly morning, my rear windshield just shattered and fell out. There were no cracks, no "dings", and no reason that should have occured. My 5 year old son was in the car and thank God that he wasn't cut when the glass went all over the place. I called the police out to investigate and he said that it could have been a maufacturer defect with the glass because it doesn't look as if someone tried to break in, so I checked online to see if there was some type of recall for the "faulty glass" but couldn't any but I did find another complaint where this happened to another HHR owner. You would think that a company like Chevrolet, would take more time to make sure that they are producing good quality products...think that they would take more pride in there work, since they are "The Heartbeat of America"...
Something needs to be done about this because as I stated above this has happened to other customers and why Chevrolet doesn't feel that they should be held accountable is unexceptable.
I just called the number and Chevy disconnected it. I have a 2008 HHR and was happy until a couple of days ago on I10 between just east of Baytown with little traffic and 60 or so temps and the rear window exploded. I got off the road really shaken thinking someone have shot at me or something. But nothing. I decided to look online before called my insurance company. I will post on FB about Chevy. Does anyone know if this is covered by most insurance liability or what this sort of thing comes under?
I have a 2009 HHR LT had the back privacy glass explode this summer for no reason and today i warmed the car up via Remote Start did NOT have the rear Defrost on as it is in a carport got it and shut the door not hard at all and the whole back hatch window blew out ? Seriously Called GM to Complain and Check for Recall told them that its all over the internet they need to be checking into it getting way to costly to be putting glass in this thing at this rate.. I left a restaurant last night about 9:30. I got into my 2009 HHR PANEL, closed the door then started it. I put on my seat belt. Just as I was about to put it in gear, The passenger window simply EXPLODED!
I thought I had been shot but there was no bullet or even a rock. It was about 50 degrees so I hadn't even turned on the heater. The entire window was shattered uniformly even down into the door. Naturally most of the glass went inside the car too.
No explanation other than that's just the way Ralph's life goes.
I just had this happen over the weekend and decided to look for some similar stories on the internet. I can't believe it has happened to other people with the same car. How crazy is this? And yet Chevy is assuming no responsibility or liability? That's terrible. I did take a picture but it wasn't a great one - however it did look exactly like the above picture posted by tarris77.
I was driving home from work last night when my Chevy HHR 2006 rear window blew. It scared the hell out of me. I'm making calls right now to work with the dealership and manufacturer on how best to proceed. It is unacceptable. I am sorry it has happen to us and hope there is resolve. My VW Jetta 1996 was a solid car. I had zero problems with it. It was hands down the best care I have owned. My Chevy HHR has had more problems combined than the three cars I’ve own thus far. I have a 2008 hhr and this very thing happened to me and my 10 years old daughter also. It was in mid January 2011 we went to the store and when we came out of the store and as i turned on the engine there was a loud popped noise like a tire blew up. I purchased my 2010 Equinox January 2010. As a college student, I travel many miles. In December, with 41, 000 miles on the equinox, my SUV check engine light came on, and began stalling and missing. One week later, on Dec. 9th while driving, the vehicle began making a terrible noise and completely overheated. Luckily I made it to Bob Howard Chevrolet, and left the car there for over 2 weeks. The service dept. there was friendly and sent Enterprise to pick me up. They replaced the both cam shafts and all timing components. I picked the car up on 12/27, and drove to my home town, 4 hours away. The next day, the check engine light came on, the car started missing and stalling, and "dieseling" when I turned the engine off (shuttering to a stop). After emailing GM about my complaint, they called and told me to take it to my local chevrolet service dept., Kiamichi Chevrolet. The car has been there since 12/29. I still have no rental car, they have not called to let me know the status of my car. I called today, expecting them to be almost finished with the car, and the guy tells me they ordered the wrong part, and that it would be responsibility to get in contact with a rental company, even though it is covered by GM. While dealing with this service dept as been frustrating in itself, ultimately it is the Equinox which is extremely disappointing. I haven't been able to drive my own car for over a month, and currently have had no vehicle for a week. I have talked to GM several times, and they continue to refer me to a District Specialist, which as not benefited me in the least. I regret making the pick for Equinox, obviously after only 40 k miles, and the engine has overheated, the car had major defects.

With this letter I would like to bring to your attention a problem I have been experiencing with the referred above car since I bought it from the Internacional de Vehiculos car dealer located in Bogota, Colombia. The HOLD on the referred above vehicle has been defective since I bought it and the authorized Chevrolet service dealers have been unable to repair.
Time after time I have brought the car to the service shop with the same symptom: when in travel the car´s HOLD light comes on spontaneously, it loses power, I take the car to the shop, and the same result: a fix of some kind is done and sooner or later the same problem reappears. Numerous visits to the car shop and numerous parts have been changed, from the battery to the motor´s electronic control module and no solution has been found. Now even Colmotores, the GM representative in Colombia, have turned silent to my request for a solution to this lingering problem that is causing me losing time and prevents me from using the car from the full extent.
My last attempt to contact Colmotores by e-mail on nov.24.2010 was answered but a Colmotores´ representative has got to contact me. At the date, I haven’t received any call.
I´m contacting you as my last resource to obtain a solution to my problem. General Motor should stand their product whether in the U.S.A. or Colombia.

I have a 2005 Cherolet Corvette that I purchased in 2007 with 13K miles. I was deployed to Iraq in 2008 and the car was garaged kept at my residence. When I returned in Dec 2008, I began having problems starting the car. I continued to get "Service Column Lock". I replaced the battery in Jan 2009. I was subsequently assigned to Atlanta, GA and deployed to Kuwait and Afghanistan. Once again, I kept the vehicle in my garage. I now have 17K miles on the vehicle. The corvette would not start at all. I took the corvette to Susan Schein Chevrolet in Alabaster, AL in June 2010. The service rep, Peggy, initially stated that it was the battery and suggested that I return the battery where I purchased it and receive a prorated amount for it. I stated that I would not do that and asked them to determine if the battery was defective and if so, they should replace it so that if there were problems in the future, I would deal with them. The next day Peggy called me and stated that the problem was determined to be the column lock module was defective. After several weeks, I still do not have my car back. It is still at the dealer awaiting the part. It has now been nearly 3 months. On September 4, 2010, I contacted Chevrolet to complain about the lack of concern with the service of my vehicle. I spoke with Brooke at the Chevrolet Complaint Department. She stated that I would receive a call within 24 hours. I waited until September 7 to call back. I was referred to the GM District Office where an agent by the name of Lizzy would be handling the case. I did not here from "Lizzy" so I called GM on September 13. I was told that my case was now being handled by Estelle and left a message on her voice mail to please return my call. I called again on September 14 and left another message to return my call. I called back to GM in an attempt to speak with someone in management and spoke with a Cust Svc Rep by the name of "Calvin". Calvin would not give me a manager and only stated that he would make sure that Estelle received my message and would return my call within 24 hours. It is now September 15 and I have yet to contacted by anyone from GM about my concerns. I will not stop contacting GM until I am able to speak to someone with responsibility enough to contact me and resolve my problem, even if it is the CEO himself...heck, President Obama if necessary, since the US Govt owns a majority of shares in GM. Just goes to show, even GM is acting like "Government Motors".

I had a car accident and my car was sent to Al-Awad group which is a subsidiary service center of MANSOUR GROUP, which was a MONTH ago.
People at Al-Awad group are really respectable and they finished their job early and they are waiting for spare parts from Mansour which didn’t arrive till now, and no service level is provided or even a timeframe or even good feedback.
There isn’t any good communication channels between mansour call center and its service centers (ZERO KNOWLEDGE) and there isn’t any substitute car they even offered for me to be available and I am without a car since 1 month and no information is available whether I am going to wait how much time.
I called your office and your department heads responded respectfully, Mr. Tarek Spare parts manager and Mr. Nagy El Saeed Customer services manager but nothing happened.
I intend to sell the car and never buy anything related to mansour as soon as I get it because I had an accident and it will cost me around 2 months to get my car back without a sub-car and without even proper feedback.
I just need an action to be taken, because nothing is done.
NB: Mansour Tayaran Service center is a total CHAOS.

Just bought a new 2010 Aveo. When we test drove the car at the dealer they did not have any 2010 available but let us test drive a 2011 telling us that it was identical to the 2010. We bought it because we trusted the salesman (it is the 3rd car we buy from them).
When I went to pick it up and dorve it home, I turned on A/C and suddenly I had to push the gass pedal to the floor in order for the car to push forward. Panicking that there was something wrong I drove it to a garage and the mechaninc test drove it for me. He also said that it was not normal for the car to do this, it feels that it is changing gears or something. So I drove it to a Chevrolet dealer in the area where I was and the person there test drove it and also told me that it was not normal. We drove a 2011 and then mine and it was definetly not the same.
I called my dealership and told them that 2 people agreed that there was something wrong with the car and I wanted another car. Not to mention that we were promised a sun roof and the car came without the sun roof. So the salesperson compensated this by throwing in 4 new tires. (Already there it shows poor service and we should have refused, but once again we trusted this person).
They kept the car telling us that they would test it and sent us home with a rental (Which they wanted to charge us for). This morning they tell me that it is normal for this car to do this and that all 2010 models do the same thing. FALSE ADVERTISING AND LIES. He told us that the 2011 waas identical to the 2010. WE TRUSTED HIM AND WE GOT SCREWED. Now they won't take the car back and they are giving us a hard time. I don't want this car and I don't want to deal with this dealership any longer WHAT CAN I DO? HELP! Tonight I am going to return there rental and I am leaving without a car. I WILL NOT DRIVE TE 2010 HOME. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THAT CAR.

You should never have purchased a vehicle without testing it, no matter who you talk to or trust. That's just common sense when buying a vehicle. You made an extremely poor decision, and now have to live with it. Car purchases are final once the funding is done.
Drive it back to the dealer ...park it and give them the key get something in writing that they have the car or just video tape it or have a witness with you...be patient and wait ..don't call them they will be calling you propably the sales person or his manager...tell them you don't want the car anymore and that you will be buying a toyota yaris or similar...im pretty much sure the GM of the dealership will be calling you to solve the issue.
