Round Table Pizza

I called in an order for a medium veggie pizza. I had a coupon for 15% off. The gentleman said it will be $21.99. I told him I had a coupon for 15%, he said okay, I already added your discount. It will be $20.14. I had googled a medium veggie pizza earlier and it showed $18.79. I called Ontario Round Table, their veggie medium is $18.79. I called the Chino Round Table Pizza again to verify the price. She said, oh, we're a franchise and Chino is more expensive but if you order on line it will be cheaper. The girl, Megan, said if you're unable to do it I can help you when you come in. I tried and was unable to. I went in, I spoke to Megan, I told her I was unable to order online. She attempted to help me but then said, oh, you have to do it before you come in. I said, I thought you said you could help me? No answer. She said that will be $21.14. I told her I have a 15% coupon, I had the code written down, she said oh, I need to actually see the coupon. I had taken a picture and showed her. She said, oh good, let me deduct it from your total. The total was $20.14. I was so confused I just left with my pizza. I understand it being a franchise but then when you google something it should say, prices vary at each location. I'm on a limited budget so each dollar makes a difference. This is the first time I had pizza since this pandemic started so I was looking forward to it. This kind of put a damper on it.
