My name is Kendra Mitchell, and on February 3, 2021, I purchased Chow Mein from Panda Express at this restaurant 2187 W. Rosecrans Ave, Compton, CA 90222 and as I was eating my chow mein, and I was punctuated in my gum by a rusted cooked nail, in my chow mein. and when I called the restaurant to speak with the manager a cook by the name of Jose Navaro answered saying that "No Manger was present it was only him their and he is a cook and he also closing, since no manger was present."
I also had to seek medical attention from my doctor and dentist due to the injury, the next day on February 4, 2021 I also went to speak with the managers by the name of Karen who refused to give her last name also, she was inform that I had a video, medical documents I tried contacting them the night of the incident and I was informed by Karen ' That there are two different managers for day shift and night shift she said she wasn't there for the night shift. Another Manager was and when I asked for that night shift managers name who was there as she lied and said. And Stated that, she didn't not have to give that person's name. and she lied saying she was their after learning of me having a video and speaking with a cook by the name of Jose Navaro, who said"there wasn't anyone there but him"and he was the cook and closing and no manger was present". The manger Karen made me fill out at incident report but refused to give me a copy once I asked for it, I have not received any contact from panda express regarding this serious issue that caused bodily injury and damage to me as well as a public health and safety concern.
