Hello, I am writing this email to let your company know how very disappointed I am with your Culver City stores hiring staff. I was scheduled for an interview on Sunday, November 17 at 9am. I woke up that morning feeling confident and ready to answer any questions your staff had for me, little did I know I would be leaving disappointed and very upset. I showed up early and let an employee who was by the door know I was there for an interview, he replied 'interviews are at 9' and walked away. So I patiently waited outside till 9, 9:10, 9:15, 9:20, 9:35! Never once did any of your employees or management come tell me they were...running late? Had the interview times wrong? Needed more time? Perhaps management was unprepared? Anything would have been appreciated instead of being ignored. I eventually left to the market next door to use the restroom after standing outside waiting for 40 minutes. I chose not to go back because I felt that if the stores management can be that unprofessional for just an interview then how will they be actually working for them? I am a single mom of 4 wonderful children who was looking forward to being part of your company this holiday season (and hoping maybe longer) to be able to make some extra money for the holidays. I shop here often and believe I could have been a great asset to your company with my skills, knowledge and professionalism. Something I feel your store seriously lacks starting with your management. Now I just don't see myself shopping here anymore because of this bad experience. I just wanted to let your company know of what is going on with this stores hiring process or lack thereof. I am truly disappointed by this experience and hope that in the future your management treats potential new hires, or just human beings, with more respect then I was shown or given.
