Drive thru- did not take my order while waiting 5 min at speaker. When arrived at window she refused to take my order. I tried to explain and she said that there were other staff with head phones and no one heard my order. I indicated that no one greeted me, nor took my order. The cashier continued to refuse to take my order indicating that there were people who ordered and waiting. I said I was waiting also and if she could take my order and I began to give my order. She interrupted me and said i needed to make line again. I don't understand that policy and in past experiences in similar situation at this location and other fast food, my order has been taken at the window because of no response or speaker probs. Your staff needs to improve their customer service and if that is your policy it is not reflective of good customer service. I never complain but this situation was poorly handled. I am a manager at a public service agency and I would have been infuriated if this happened to any consumer coming into our door received this type of treatment. The manager was at the window listening and did nothing about it. I do expect a response to this complaint.
I frequently visit this location and am disappointed in the treatment I received today.
