Round Table Pizza

I placed an online order at 5:42 pm on 02/14/21 at the store located at 5110 Laguna Blvd., #119, Elk Grove, CA. 95758. [protected]. Invoice number [protected]. My order number is 5039. The location was Round Table Pizza #4 (710). I paid for the order with my debit card. It said that the order was going to be delivered by 6:54 pm. I live less than 10 minutes away. At 7:10 pm I called the store and the worker who answered the phone said it was very busy due to Valentines Day. I reiterated when I placed the order and when it was supposed to be delivered. He said the delivery driver had been out for 63 minutes making deliveries. I ordered two pizzas and a salad, meaning that they had been in his car for over an hour. I said I did not want pizza and salad that had been in the car for over an hour. I asked to speak with a manager and he said there was not one on duty. He said the only thing he could do was cancel my order. I requested that my order be cancelled and refunded. The delivery driver showed up around 7:30 pm as if nothing was wrong. I told him the order was cancelled as my food had been riding in his car with him for over an hour and he said do I want the food. I told him no and to take it back.
