I did a return today. The refund was $21.74. I asked if I can give them a penny so I can get back three quarters. The manager said no in such a snooty and irritating voice. I was thinking in my head what is wrong with the people at TjMax. The reason they said no is because they think that I’m scamming them. Do they know how to count? 74 cents plus one penny is seventy five cents which is three quarters. You guys need to hired more competent workers. The reason I’m mad is because it was the manager that said that.
Desired outcome: The manager should be fired. She can’t count and she works in retail?
