I placed my order at the drive through around 6:30. It's important to know that I was the only customer. Nobody in front of me, nobody behind me. The cashier Evelyn took my order and I drove up to pay. I paid and she told me that I was going to have to pull around front and she would bring the order out to me. She closed the window and walked away. It seemed odd because there was nobody behind me and I could see she wasn't taking any orders from other customers. I stayed there hoping to make eye contact because I wanted to ask her for my coffee. After a few minutes she saw me there and opened up the window and I asked her nicely for my coffee since I was going to have to wait. In a snotty tone she said that neither the coffee or biscuit were ready and it was going to take time. No coffee at 6:30am? I pulled around and 5 minutes later she came out and handed me the coffee and biscuits without saying anything. No thank you, no apology, no customer service, just a bad attitude. I'm a professional and have managed over 100 people in my career and I think it's important for you to know.

Desired outcome: District Manager and area manager need to be notified so that the store manager and employee are coached or written up.
